“I needed a self-serve car wash while visiting family in the area recently and this location was located only a couple of miles from where we were staying. Overall, the self-serve wash bay did a surprisingly good job of washing off the dirt without me having to use a wash mit. The sign that mentioned something about paying $20 for a car wash was a bit confusing at first, but then I reasoned that you can get a wash for just a few dollars. Other than that, the wash process went well. The cost was probably in line with other similar car self-serve car washes. I'm not a fan of using a credit card at a location like this, so I appreciated that the wash bay will accept tokens (or credit cards).”

“Usually we come out the other end, better looking than when we went in. Only real complaint is, my wheels. Wish they were just a little cleaner. But really, I feel Austin is probably the driving force on the car wash side. “This was a fairly nice car wash, however it only takes Quarters so bring cash. There is a change machine on the front of the building. 5 bucks was enough to spray the dirt off my truck, but not actually wash it, so I think its fair this day in age with everything being so expensive.”

“I really like their new hanging vacuums! Older style car wash vacuums always have dirty gross hoses because they land on the ground or get dragged through the driveway area. The hanging ones are clean and easy to use without dragging a filthy hose through the car.
I also really like their unlimited wash packages.”

“I was impressed. The pressure was what you'd expect and I was ecstatic to see a credit card reader.
I don't know how many different car washes people use or try, but I can assure you, that a lot of them are a very disappointing or frustrating experience.
I live in Haslett and car washes around Haslett and Okemos are almost non-existent.
In the East Lansing area, the ones that remain open are the same awful and it's a big gamble if the spray is very strong or if a lane I'd even working. Plus none of the ones I've tried have, what the world has moved to quite some time ago: A Credit Card reader. Pretty sad honestly that they have refused to join the movement that started a decade ago. No one carries cash.
Big kudos to you for making it easier to wash a vehicle, without having cash.”
