“Store personnel was amazing. Helped try and find the correct harness for my puppy and gave tons of information. She was very informative and warned of things I was not aware of, listened to all concerns and offered a perfect option. Sadly the specific item was not in stock, but i will definitely return. Even went out of her way to help load items into my vehicle. Truly appreciate all the help 10/10”

“This is our preferred neighborhood pet supply store but at the moment they're poorly stocked. They seem to have problems with some suppliers while other stores have the same items on the shelves. I hope they'll be fully stocked again soon.”

“Great location, easy in/out for Ann Arbor! Plenty of parking and a short walk into the store. We are always greeted by staff here when we walk in. Great selection of products. We use this location when our doodle needs a wash, as we bought a 5 pack of passes to the self-serve station in the back. So much easier than trying to wash her at home, and the kids love getting in there and helping scrub her down and dry her off.”

“We used McCalla feed for a U-Haul trailer rental. We ended up having an issue with our truck and was going to have to figure out how to get the trailer back. We reached out to the store manager and he was more then willing to help us figure it out. Thankfully we got the truck fixed and kept the trailer. But the manager called us to follow up and make sure we were ok. You do not find that everyday. The customer service was impeccable! Would highly recommend”
“Went there to have my 100lb slightly reactive and starting to having arthritis German Shepherd groomed. I was more nervous than a parent leaving their child on the first day of school, but all the staff are so attentive and competent. They had her back to me in less than two hours beautifully groomed and looking very calm and happy.
The store and grooming area are immaculate, the staff is always friendly, products and services are reasonably priced. Will definitely return, they did a great job.”

“Excellent prices and variety of plants, both annuals and perennials. Plants were very healthy and rich, well cared for. The stock included fruit, vegetables, fruit trees and shrubs, ornamentals, and flowers. Inside, the shop was full of garden and pet supplies, kitchen accessories, seeds and tools. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They were more than happy to answer questions stuff zero pressure to get you to buy anything. What an incredibly fun nursery! 10/10 recommend!”
