“I can’t even describe how much I appreciated Jon! I was 8 and a 1/2 hours away from home and was out rock hunting when my car started shaking and engine light was flashing. It was around 730pm with his business closed for day , but I choose to bring my car, was going to leave a message and walk to a hotel. He happened to still be there and came out to talk to me. He not only gave me a ride to the hotel but he fit my car in the next day. I knew he had a lot on his plate, but he made it work. Absolutely a wonderful person and recommend his business all day long! Thank you so much!”
“I've bought my car here 3 separate times and have always been happy with it! The price is a little high, but the parts are high quality and I haven't had any issues with the parts they've installed, so it's worth it to me. They've always been able to get me in within a few days, sometimes even the same or next day! I've had my wheel bearing replaced, heat repaired, battery replaced, and now my alternator replaced. Every time I've been happy with the results! The guys here are really friendly and professional and offer a lot of solutions. Best auto shop around, in my opinion. I hope I don't need any more repairs soon, but if I do, this place is my go-to!”

“We were up in Houghton for Michigan Tech graduation ceremonies. My tire lights came and my tire pressure’s were low on the front wheels. I was there at 8:30 am on the day of the graduation. Being out of town, I was very worried about driving home. They were able to fix my tires and had my car waiting for me after the graduation was over. They were so nice and helpful. We left Sunday early morning and made it back home by 7pm. Thank you so much guys. That was one thing that I didn’t have to worry about.”

The gentleman was super kind and towed us to the mall parking lot so we wouldnt have to change the tire on the side of the main road, then didnt charge us for the tow. Always great people working there and wont go to anyone else if i need a tow. Would give 10 stars if i could.!!!”

“Experienced a flat after driving on Cliff Drive searching for the Seneca Lake Trail Head. Discovered it the next day. The shop switched out the tire for the donut after contacting several shops for the correct tire. Best decision was to drive to Marquette on the next day - last day of vacation - VERY HELPFUL STAFF, POLITE AND REFUSED PAYMENT. Left a tip for their work.”

“Okay place their car wash is hit or miss. It doesn't seem to use much soap in the automatic wash. My truck has came out still dirty. I guess that's what you get for your money. Mechanic Cullen is awesome he deserves everything to keep the shop running efficiently and growing fluently. Very honest about anything”
“I get my car towed from Dave’s anytime I need it, they’re fast, efficient and don’t overcharge! their drivers are very nice and understanding. I also got two tires patched here, it was quick and efficient. I also recently started getting gas here because it’s closest to where I live and there was a sweet young lady who pumped my gas and went above and beyond and even scraped off my back windshield for me, IN THE FREEZING COLD!!”
