“A couple from Kent City American Legion stopped in with bad brakes last week on a road trip and the mechanic gave them a loaner car and had it fixed by 11:00 am!!
Super nice business with superior service.”
“We bought a 2023 GMC Terrain last spring, and our car has been pampered by getting regularly scheduled oil changes. The whole-car maintenance mean the team has me appreciative.”
“A few days ago, my wife and i had a blowout right near their building. The gentleman was super kind and towed us to the mall parking lot so we wouldnt have to change the tire on the side of the main road, then didnt charge us for the tow. Always great people working there and wont go to anyone else if i need a tow. Would give 10 stars if i could.!!!”
“Copper Country Ford was extremely easy to work with to lease a new truck. Their experienced sales, finance and mechanical departments are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and get you in and back on the road very quickly and efficiently !”
“Okay place their car wash is hit or miss. It doesn't seem to use much soap in the automatic wash. My truck has came out still dirty. I guess that's what you get for your money. Mechanic Cullen is awesome he deserves everything to keep the shop running efficiently and growing fluently. Very honest about anything”
“Beautiful work, timely service, awesome people! Plus they left the most adorable little gift basket which I LOVED. They did two windows and a shower all within 4-5 hours. Awesome job guys. Highly recommend this company!”

“Noah and the team really took care of my daughter (MTU Student) recently. A previous repair shop did not torque a ball joint nut properly that came loose - The team at NorthStar did a proper inspection and made a quick repair at a fantastic price. The digital inspection report with pictures and videos are the best I have ever seen and is absolutely the benchmark in the industry. I wish they were closer to home for me, but at least I now have someone in Houghton that I can trust to take care of my daughter's car while away from school. I highly recommend this team!”
