When I was there to get the passport process going they were very patient and we even got started early since I showed up early. Personally I don't understand why some folks have issues with the employees here, they've been nothing short of great to me.”

“The people of this USPS location saved our day! We had a passport application appointment at another USPS location (Kalamazoo), but they canceled our appointment without notice after we arrived. We came to this Byron Center location immediately after without an appointment. We knew it was a long shot, we explained our dilemma and asked if they could squeeze us in. And you know what? They did! They showed us grace and helped us with our applications! They could have said “No”, but they chose kindness and helpfulness! We are grateful to the folks who helped us today!”
