An eta. I then called to make sure we would be serviced since Mom and I were in the parking lot of Firestone and it was jewelry 9 pm and dark. A young ledy promptly answered and was polite and reassured me we would be serviced in a timely manner. The arrival of the gentleman was right on time

And discerned that a tow
would not be needed. He changed the tire and placed The damaged tire in the trunk and within minutes we were on our way to our relief!”
