“So I had left my lights on while I was in my unit and it killed my battery. I went to the office to ask for help cause I had no one els to help. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Latoya was her name. She went above and beyond to help. She found someone with a jumper box and got be right back on the road. I know she didn't have to do all of that but I have come to find that thats the service you expect out of a company that cares. Thankyou again.”

“I got a storage at 06/20/26. From the time I spoke to the after hours the day before and the day I got the storage. They where both professional and answered every questions I had.”
“Rob, was very Polite and Helpful, He Definitely Made My Move-In, Such a Absolutely Awesome Experience, Very Helpful and Knowledgeable. I would Recommend this Place to Eve-1. Thank You Rob So Much.. Thanks Rob”
“Was a client for a few years. Facility always well maintained. Secure entry any time of day/night. Staff always friendly when interacting with on phone/in person. Plenty of storage carts available for use. Be extra careful pulling a loaded cart through the entrance, as the hump on the floor, can and will shift contents.”
“Andrea at the front desk was beyond helpful and lovely. She made the process of accessing our storage unit very easy and smooth. She went above and beyond to take us directly to our unit and made everything easier with her happy demeanor. Huge thanks to Andrea.”

“The staff at Walter's Equipment and Rental are fantastic. I've had a project waiting to be tackled for the last 5 years and they have all the machinery available to rent that I need. I'm looking forward to renting the trencher and have the added confidence that if my old concrete saw gives out mid-project, that they also rent those too! Much cheaper than buying tools and machines, using them once, and letting them rust away in my tool shed.”
“Darus was very professional and polite. He was very detailed and descriptive with the storage and giving me the best bang for my buck!!! His customer service is immaculate glad I am able to have a storage here and the people are amazing ? !!!”
“Everyone was amazing when I went to get a U-Haul for my move and a storage area. Very friendly service and they answered every question I had. I would 100% recommend!!”

“Chavon made my move in experience flawless! I stopped in randomly to inquire about pricing because my previous storage unit was overcharging me. Even though she was busy she was kind, patient, informative, and took her time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I almost rented with another facility, but Chavon's excellent hospitality made me want to choose this location and im now glad i did. I have a better unit to accommodate my needs and at a fair price compared to others in the area.”
“We had an awesome experience with Tuff Shed. Andrew Carley was extremely easy to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable about the things we needed taken care of. They also have a premium product that is hard to beat. Looked around and did not find the steel frame that they use available anywhere else.”
“My wife and I used 84th Street Storage over the last three years or so as we transitioned between houses. I can’t say enough good things about the stellar service provided! Tom was fantastic to work with - always friendly and helpful throughout the process. The facility is excellent - well lit, secure, well cared for. We never had any concerns about having our items stored there. All in all, we found the facility very affordable as well. If you have need for off-site storage of any kind, I would highly recommend 84th Street Storage!”

“I spoke with Beth when I was inquiring about renting a unit. She was amazing. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. She made me wanna rent from public storage. I 10/10 recommend”
“Carl and his team are true professionals. The estimating and quoting process was easy and fair. The staff is courteous, using care and professionalism during the move. We have used them for 2 major moves and I can’t recommend them enough. We also used their packing services which is great and makes a move much smoother.”
“So I met Heather yesterday and we hit it off! She’s wonderful and I’m sad she’s leaving but today she was super helpful w the codes and doors. I’m glad she was there to assist! The place is clean and very nice. Thank you for the warm welcome.. yes Heather was great. However there were several people Living in their storage units. Couple times after hours I’d find people wandering around and pungent smells of pot. One guy was riding on a bike thru the place!!! And the elevator closest to my unit- moving out was a task- it had been out for quite a few days. Staff are helpful tho”
“The staff at Gezon Storage were, in my 4 years of experience, very accommodating the couple of times that I had a request, and I always felt that my RV was secure when stored at their facility.”

“John and charlie are amazing people, theres no words to describe them, there definitely one of a kind! My boyfriend and i have been here for years, there's no other storage unit i would go to in Grand rapids.”
“Things guys are the best. When we purchased our container via auction, we had no idea how we would get it home. Lots of phone calls later we had the good fortune of finding TKM. Everyone in the chain was rock solid. Highly recommend!!!”
“John the manager is a very wonderful guy that goes up & beyond 2 help his customers with their needs. I've dealt with him 4 several years & if I were to think of going elsewhere it would be unethical 4 me because of the relationship I've built with him over the years!”

“Awesome customer service. Very friendly and explains all little details as well shows you around the unit. Definitely recommend you rent with them and ask for Kayla.”
“I am moving to Grand Rapids in the next few months, and I called Devon’s Self Storage, and spoke with Christina. She was more than helpful with answering all my questions and she was so sweet and nice to speak to. Once I move up there I will definitely be getting a storage unit through them. Thank you so much Christina for all of your help!”
“Glad we found Secure Storage in Byron Center. The facilities are always clean and very secure. Best storage facility we have dealt with for sure. Office is very responsive.”
“This has been the nicest, cleanest storage unit I’ve ever rented. Even through the dog days of summer my items were well protected. Customer service is professional, friendly and they pick up the phone when I’ve needed to call. A great place to rent from!”
“I recently rented a truck and trailer to transport a car. Reservation and pickup were smooth. No issues with using the equipment either but had to return it using the app and had an issue and then was charged an extra day. Seemed to be a simple mistake but I was still dreading trying to get it sorted bc customer service is hard to come by these days and people never seemed to be empowered to fix any problems even if it’s a common sense thing. In this case I was happy to be wrong. I went in the next day and chatted with them to explain the situation. Jeremiah was the gentleman that helped me and he was awesome. He was understanding and reasonable and jumped right on it and fixed the mistake. He gave the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Mistakes happen but they took care of the problem promptly and professionally without BS or a runaround you often seem to get even with simple things. Honestly you can’t ask for much more than that so overall still an excellent experience. Will be using them again and don’t feel the need to look elsewhere after knowing they’ll actually take care of you through the whole experience. Again hats off to Jeremiah for the strong work.”
“I have had my business at Access24 Self Storage on 52nd for 8 years. In that time we started with 1 truck and some equipment then over the years we expanded to 4 trucks and alot of equipment needing more space. Access24 was there for us at ever step of our growth, even offering to build us our own building on their property. Always friendly service, quick resolutions to challenges, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend them for your business storage needs.”
“Ada attic has been my storage facility for years. They are clean and well kept and I love visiting with Julie, the proprietor. If you are looking for a safe and reasonable place to store your belongings, this is it!”

“Amanda at Boxer Storage in Dutton was such a big help to us. We just moved to the area and needed a place to store our cargo trailer. They were the only place in the area to have room and it’s a convenient five minute drive from our residence. Fenced and secure, we are happy with our choice!”
