“Ed is such a great guy! The management here is responsive and helpful. I had to sublease my apartment out last year and he was more than helpful to find someone take over my lease. Great communication. Really wish I didn't have to sublease my apartment, the location is perfect, parking garage right next door and next to all the bars. If you want a place thats near all the college life and right by campus this is it.”

“EDIT: Issue was resolved After filing a complaint with the city of East Lansing. The owner (Justin) is amazing and he went out of his way to resolve the issue. My issue was with the dysfunctional MTH management who operates this community.”
“When I moved here my apartment was disgusting. It was clearly not cleaned, and the bottom of my shower was brown and covered in hair. When I shampooed the carpet for the first time, the water was black, and after three washes, it still doesn’t come out clear. The dishwasher sprayer was clogged with food and toothpicks (?) and ended up needing to be replaced. My bike was stolen within the first two weeks, the lock being cut through in the bike racks in the parking garage. The saving grace is the amazing staff. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys were amazing as well, but they were understaffed so you had to be patient with maintenance requests (which was not at all their fault). It’s also close to campus, and close to the bus routes. After I cleaned everything it was a decent place to live while I was in school.”
