“When I moved here my apartment was disgusting. It was clearly not cleaned, and the bottom of my shower was brown and covered in hair. When I shampooed the carpet for the first time, the water was black, and after three washes, it still doesn’t come out clear. The dishwasher sprayer was clogged with food and toothpicks (?) and ended up needing to be replaced. My bike was stolen within the first two weeks, the lock being cut through in the bike racks in the parking garage. The saving grace is the amazing staff. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys were amazing as well, but they were understaffed so you had to be patient with maintenance requests (which was not at all their fault). It’s also close to campus, and close to the bus routes. After I cleaned everything it was a decent place to live while I was in school.”
“This is THE place for student living! So many amenities. They have a pool and a huge hot tub. Outside flatscreens and BBQ’s. The rooms come furnished with granite countertops. Washer and dryers are included in each unit. Computers and printers are free to use, but you must supply your own paper. Large gym on site. Parking garage is extra. Biking distance to MSU. Would recommend!”
“My family and I have recently moved into this complex- and this process was easy and non-stressful all thanks to Julie F. She went out of her way to ensure that this transition went smooth. She goes above and beyond every time I have talked to her. This was hands down a 5 star experience!”
“ALL prior comments are out of place. Management is NOT rude. They simply don't tolerate lies.Yes, everything IS electrical, BUT WE DO NOT PAY WATER, SEWER, GAS OR TRASH REMOVAL.The management (Ms. Patty and Ms. Trish are dedicated and professional, and at the same time they all make residents feel as a family. The building is well taken cake and Mr. Bill, the maintenance supervisor as well as Crissy in charge of the janitorial are efficient and courteous! We love them all! I hope it will continue having this dream always.With all the efforts the Management makes, we the residents have to be more conscious of the excellent place we live, STOP SMOKING INSIDE, STOP LOITERING, at and make sure that ALL OF US contribute to keep this building a beautiful, safe and clean place to call home!”

“Ed is such a great guy! The management here is responsive and helpful. I had to sublease my apartment out last year and he was more than helpful to find someone take over my lease. Great communication. Really wish I didn't have to sublease my apartment, the location is perfect, parking garage right next door and next to all the bars. If you want a place thats near all the college life and right by campus this is it.”

“EDIT: Issue was resolved After filing a complaint with the city of East Lansing. The owner (Justin) is amazing and he went out of his way to resolve the issue. My issue was with the dysfunctional MTH management who operates this community.”
