“Bobcat of Lansing was a great company to work with. There are only a few heavy equipment companies in the area I’m aware of and Bobcat in my opinion is by far the best for customer service and pricing. I purchased two new pieces of equipment towards the end of 2025 and within a week of looking at them had the purchase completed with what I thought was very fair pricing (Brett was the salesperson). There was a minor issue getting the bucket to attach and when I brought it back they fixed immediately before I even left. Then I had a Boss plow that I had purchased years before from someone else that went down while we’re in a heavy snow storm. I called them and again they fixed it on the spot for us. Great service all the way around from the sales and service department.”

“I could not be happier with Katie Blauvelt from Williams Kitchen and Bath for her design expertise and five-star customer service on our complete kitchen remodel. From start to finish, Katie took the time to know us, understand our vision, provide the design and revisions, and to work together with our contractor every step of the way. Katie provided a wonderfully symmetrical design making functional use of every inch of space, integrated our ideas and suggested additional touches. She patiently facilitated the many decisions needed to get the project finalized and ordered, and kept the ball rolling by checking in, lending an ear, a design opinion, or simply waiting for us to feel ready to take the next step. Katie communicated with our contractor to make sure all of the products, big and small were installed according to the vision. Honestly, the design is better than I even imagined and Katie was really the best possible person to work with! Thank you Katie!”

“I recently had an early morning emergency situation with a disabled delivery vehicle. The only business renting vehicles that were open at that particular time was the Okemos Home Depot. I called the store and an employee working the customer service desk whose name is Marco answered the phone call. All I can say is, Home Depot is very fortunate to have found a person who understands excellent customer service! Keep up the fantastic work Marco and you will soon find yourself in a management position!!!”

“Sarah K. has saved the day for me! What started as a great purchase snowballed into an impasse and Sarah went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation. I bought a Samsung Bespoke fridge in 2023 and purchased the extended warranty from Home Depot since I truly think it is a value. I never thought I would need to use it but about 6 weeks ago our fridge started making a loud vibrating noise. As the day progressed the vibration began to accompany a burning smell and for fear of fire, I unplugged the fridge and moved all of our food out to the garage fridge (midwesterner here ?). Since I was outside of my year warranty with Samsung, but the fridge being their top of the line model, I reached out to Samsung to ask if this occurrence was something they would look into/cover. Since it was a burning smell and fear of fire, they scheduled a tech to come out who diagnosed it as a leaking refrigerant onto the compressor giving off the burning smell. Samsung initially stated they would not cover it and I needed to file a claim on my extended warranty through Home Depot/Asurion. Since this was a third party claim, I KNEW it would be a challenge getting an answer quickly but I followed the steps accordingly. I had to call and schedule a technician to come out and quote the repair and if it was over the fridge purchase limit, they would not reimburse it, it would be a fridge replacement. The kicker here, almost every repair company suggested by claims AND ones I sought out, especially local, would not 1. Quote a repair without actually doing the work also, 2. Work on Samsung fridges or sealed systems such as refrigerant leaks, and 3. Work with insurance claims/3rd party warranty claims. I spoke with Sarah about this and she went well above and beyond anything I could have imagined. She called a number of businesses herself to see if she could find someone to come out and quote. When she could not she spoke to her contacts at Home Depot/Asurion to try to get an answer for us on what to do if no one will quote us. They were able to get Samsung to finally agree to help us fix it since we were having such an issue with the claim. Sarah’s dedication and passion for helping customers is truly admirable.”
