“My experience with Lanes Service was good, even though Jordan could not repair my Samsung refrigerator he put a great effort into checking & trying to fix it, in the end it wasn't worth it, & it just needed to be replaced. He was on time, courteous & pleasant.Yes I would recommend the service dept for you're repair.I stopped in the buisness before the service call to look at new fridges just in case I looked & talked to a salesman Tim, he was supposed to. All me back about a price on 1 that I picked out,,, he never called back, so I bought it elsewhere. If it wasn't for this I would have gave them a 5 star.”

From start to finish, Katie took the time to know us, understand our vision, provide the design and revisions, and to work together with our contractor every step of the way. Katie provided a wonderfully symmetrical design making functional use of every inch of space, integrated our ideas and suggested additional touches. She patiently facilitated the many decisions needed to get the project finalized and ordered, and kept the ball rolling by checking in, lending an ear, a design opinion, or simply waiting for us to feel ready to take the next step. Katie communicated with our contractor to make sure all of the products, big and small were installed according to the vision. “Of course I had an issue on a Saturday. Aaron's replied promptly and send Jacob out w/in the hour. The initial problems was resolved but I'm glad he was here to help with another issue that arose. Friendly, professional, knowledgable and a genuine love for his job, Jacob saved the day and I now have a trusted plumber to call if ever the need arises.”

“Absolute saints....all of them!! Way too long of a story for a review, but long story short I left a work power cord in Florida. Landed in Detroit. Arrived to Lansing at 7:58. Got to the store at 8:00 which is when they closed . They were literally shutting off the open sign when I walked up to the doors. I explained what was going on and they stayed open and were able to help me get a charger and saved my life.”

“We had a very pleasant experience on Friday Feb 16th. We were in search of a sink saddle and although your store did not have one, Marco and a couple other staff members jumped thru hoops to arrange for one to be sent to us. Very kind. Very patient. Tim & Maggie”

“I had a good experience overall with this tool rental location. The employees were very helpful and professional. There were several issues with the stump grinder I rented - some of which could have been avoided by proper maintenance and some were not their fault at all. Took off a star for these issues but I was thankful that staff gave a discount upon return to help compensate for the issues. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. My experience was very good overall.”
