My computer was replaced with a newer model, but since I was a member and still within the return period, a female manager at Best Buy diligently reserved the latest model for me while attentively addressing all my needs. This might just be the best store I've ever visited I promise!!!

I do like best buy, even with their prices being high.. I just can not stand every time i walk in the person in the door asking me why im there... Im there cause i want to shop and look around. I dont understand why they ask that. I am not lost. I am walking in for a reason. Just weird

Great buy on Samsung cell phone , at least I feel it is. Other places wanted almost $300 for similar phones -- got on sale for $169.
