“Today a service tech Andy Cooper from Culligan came to my home to check and service my Water Softener. He did a great job and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him.
Thank you Andy for your service.”
“Bobcat of Lansing was a great company to work with. There are only a few heavy equipment companies in the area I’m aware of and Bobcat in my opinion is by far the best for customer service and pricing. I purchased two new pieces of equipment towards the end of 2025 and within a week of looking at them had the purchase completed with what I thought was very fair pricing (Brett was the salesperson). There was a minor issue getting the bucket to attach and when I brought it back they fixed immediately before I even left. Then I had a Boss plow that I had purchased years before from someone else that went down while we’re in a heavy snow storm. I called them and again they fixed it on the spot for us. Great service all the way around from the sales and service department.”
“Williams Kitchen & Bath does beautiful work. John and the team are professional, knowledgeable, and clearly care about delivering a great finished product. Their attention to detail and customer service really stand out. I would absolutely recommend them.”
“This is a great company. They sell used appliances and sometimes things happen. But they stand behind what they sell. They took good care of me. I highly recommend. Im a landlord with many properties and this is a great company to do business with.”
“Awesome place. Been going here over 40 years and never disappointed. Got an awesome bed set just beautiful and I slept so good for the first time in over 2 yrs. If you wanna save money this is the best place for it. Talk to Devin he's great. The delivery guys were fast and really knew their stuff. Did a great job setting up my bed. Very pleasant”
“Christmas Eve and oven went out. So thankful you were open and helped me replace the part! Oven has pies in it now! Thank you! So grateful to have you local and parts in stock. Nice to support local business too.”
“A lot more than a home improvement store. Most items cost the same or less than other non-members required box stores. The downside. It was difficult to get help in the paint department. I actually called the store. Entered the extension (16). And let the person know ppl were waiting at the counter to get paint. Would have been easier if a bell/buzzer/ phone had been available. Also no military discount .”
“Good place, they got kinda hoity toity since moving to their new supply house but I can't blame them it's really nice. Their price matching is great too but if you're buying tools you might be better off going wholesale.”
“I want to thank Mr. Edgar for being so kind and professional in his work. When you're in the store, ask for him; he'll attend to you with all the kindness a customer deserves. 100/100”
“Glad I went to Aaron's, found myself exactly what I wanted .
The employee's are all very kind and hospitable.
Thank you for being kind and courteous.
It's a no pressure place”
“Nice store with a bunch of items. Friendly staff. Got a printer in store cheaper then online. I world recommend going in to see what deals they have. Some NIB but returned items, but for cheap.”

“Lane Appliance Employees Gabe and Marquis showed up on time, they were professional, informative, and friendly. A part had to be ordered to complete the repair, and it was installed on another prearranged day. I highly recommend this company for any appliance repair.”
