“It just can’t be beat…don’t have to go to store, struggle to get it in the trunk, nor into the house, then down those stairs THEN lift it to put it in the tank. It’s just nice to have someone do all that for me…and the salt is the same price as the store! So why not let Culligan do that ?”

“Of course I had an issue on a Saturday. Aaron's replied promptly and send Jacob out w/in the hour. The initial problems was resolved but I'm glad he was here to help with another issue that arose. Friendly, professional, knowledgable and a genuine love for his job, Jacob saved the day and I now have a trusted plumber to call if ever the need arises.”

“Absolute saints....all of them!! Way too long of a story for a review, but long story short I left a work power cord in Florida. Landed in Detroit. Arrived to Lansing at 7:58. Got to the store at 8:00 which is when they closed . They were literally shutting off the open sign when I walked up to the doors. I explained what was going on and they stayed open and were able to help me get a charger and saved my life.”

“I had a good experience overall with this tool rental location. The employees were very helpful and professional. There were several issues with the stump grinder I rented - some of which could have been avoided by proper maintenance and some were not their fault at all. Took off a star for these issues but I was thankful that staff gave a discount upon return to help compensate for the issues. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. My experience was very good overall.”

“My experience with Lanes Service was good, even though Jordan could not repair my Samsung refrigerator he put a great effort into checking & trying to fix it, in the end it wasn't worth it, & it just needed to be replaced. He was on time, courteous & pleasant.Yes I would recommend the service dept for you're repair.I stopped in the buisness before the service call to look at new fridges just in case I looked & talked to a salesman Tim, he was supposed to. All me back about a price on 1 that I picked out,,, he never called back, so I bought it elsewhere. If it wasn't for this I would have gave them a 5 star.”
