“I have been a SS customer for 25+ years. I have always had great experiences with this business. Following my visit in December 2025, I had an issue with the results of my interior detailing. I contacted Mark, the owner and he immediately agreed to fix the problem. I brought my Jeep back in and his team redid the interior. The result was excellent. I have recommended SS to many of my friends and coworkers over the years and will continue to do so. In this day and age where we are less than satisfied with customer service, it is refreshing to know that there are businesses who still care...who still put the custom first. “On Wednesday, the vehicle was still making a grinding noise during a test drive so Thursday morning they replaced a caliper. They absorbed the cost to keep the quote the same. That was very generous.
The two employees I dealt with on the phone were very kind and professional.
I will continue to bring our vehicles to them!”
