“Our 2015 Toyota RAV4 was operating unusually. We had no idea from where the low rumbling noise and only sometimes rattling vibrations were emanating. Just explained the best we could and asked H &H: “Could you please figure out and fix the problem(s). A back right wheel bearing and the driving shaft were the identified culprits. We can’t believe how much better the car sounds on the road and the reassurance we have when behind the wheel. Trustworthy, fairly priced, and quick communication from H&H! We count on H&H 100% for all of our vehicle maintenance needs!”

“Costco membership required. Almost always very busy, so you WILL have to wait in line. Traffic lanes are TOO NARROW. Zero amenities beyond a trash can - no towels, no windshield squeegees, nothing. But the gas prices are always MUCH lower than any other gas station.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Cheapest spread from regular to premium. Most places around town are a $1.20 or more for premium vs. regular, but here premium 93 oct. is only 60¢ more than regular!!”

“Great employees make the difference! There is a young man that usually works Friday night I was having car trouble and needed air in my tire Unfortunately I had no cash and no way to get air without it. This young man helped me out - he gave me a dollar and broke it into quarters so I could use the air machine outside. This kind gesture meant so much more than the money! Thank-you!!!”

“I worked here for over a year and I gotta say it was my favorite gas station to work at. Most of the employees were lovely to deal with, and I made a lot of progress overcoming my social anxiety. Also when the pumps broke they usually fixed them pretty quickly. They fixed up the one the bus hit in a few days which was way faster than any other place I've been at. There is usually food stocked and the bathrooms get cleaned semi often, which is more than most other gas stations I've found. Lovely staff, nice location, and not that many shitty people came in the night compared to other places :3”

“I used to work here when the previous owners had the business name.7 years I worked there.the previous owners moved their auto repair business to the Logan/mlk shopping center square at n.w.corner of s.Logan/mlk and Holmes road.the Marathon should be listed as j&h family foods store.the current owners redid the location inside and out.it looks really nice now.they quit having Tim hortons express for a few years now.pumps were updated and have e 85 along with the 3 different brands of unleaded and diesel.there is dual bathrooms again.c/store completely redone.good to know:”

“Very small and because of that has basically no selection of convenience store items. Seems to be drinks only. Gas prices are sometimes very low, then the next day very high.”

“Great place for a quick stop, would highly recommend during cold/windy/rainy times as the pumps are dug in and mostly inclosed, offering great protection from the elements.”

“Best car wash in the area that is touch free, this marathon is LOCALLY owned. Anyone who has purchased gas/Tobacco etc understands prices are high. Due to the owner living in the area, he MOST likely does this because it's the closest tobacco snack retailer to the many large dorms a block away. On that note he guesses that most students without car will just take the loss on the price and maybe try another place next time they go out. theories though just theories. Btw don't buy your uh *cough tobacco wraps/sticks here. That's the only real scam going on. $2.10 for two sticks is STUPID.”
