1880 Haslett Road Ste A, East LansingOur dog had surgery here. They were quick to respond to any concerns we had. They explained everything they did. Our normal vet does not do surgeries. I would consider moving all my vet care here if our current vet (who comes to our home) ever stops practicing. The staff are very nice. The process of staying in the vehicle until they are ready to see you is actually nice. We have a reactive dog and it makes the process so much lead stressful.

736 Wilson Road, East Lansing10? The primary care for MSU Veterinary is absolutely amazing! I have one dog who must wear a muzzle and is very nervous around new people. The staff was so patient with her, and took her feelings into account. Dr. Emery and their nurses were so amazing! I have another dog who is a hound who is very noisy and sniffs a lot, and she did perfect with the staff. She was licking them while they gave her a vaccine and everything. They are truly the best who looks out for their patients and clients. I had to put a dog down last year there during Covid and they were so compassionate, even the vet who put her down was crying. I will always take my dogs there as they give the best care.

There are so many things Hector knows about dogs personalities and triggers that just makes so much sense. I learned so much in so little time and I am so appreciative of Hector. He took on a dog that so many local Chicago trainers wouldn’t take on at the risk of being bit. Be patient and trust the process, follow his steps and you’ll have a much happier dog.

We ordered those and the Mix grill and had hummus and the Greek salad and they all tasted amazing. So much flavor. Portions were generous and we ended with some warm Mediterranean Chai tea. Definitely coming back here again!

The Parfait is more on the sweeter end which was definitely preferred and the oatmeal garnish added a great contrast. The Huevos Rancheros bowl was also very good, chorizo cooked to perfection although the tostadas were a little on the chewier side but thats just a small gripe (cooking at a hotter fry temp would make the crunchier). My servers name was Patrick he did an amazing job even though my food was taking a sec he made sure I was taken care of. Did a fantastic job overall! 12/10

Ellison Brewery and Spirits
4903 Dawn Ave, East LansingWhile recently visiting the East Lansing area, we chose to see what Ellison Brewery had to offer. Goodness! Were we glad we did! From the moment we took our seats at the bar, the sweet barmaid welcomed us with open arms! There was no doubt we were in a good place! Chiara made sure we sampled all the goodness Ellison had to offer! I enjoy an IPA with hoppiness abounding. Chiara patiently poured samples until I found JUST the right one! We actually mixed a couple to her delight! We decided on the pizza to tempt our palettes. From what we saw on other tables, it looked AWFULLY good! We chose the Supreme, which was just delicious. While eating, we observed Chiara mixing drinks. We did not realize Ellison was also distilling! We had the opportunity to taste the whiskey, and gin. Wow! As I told Chiara, my mama would have heartily approved of the gin! A bottle went home with us! This little brewery was just delightful. As I told the gals behind the counter, they certainly made the experience even better! The brewery is fortunate to have their faces to market their brews! Go experience their delight in what they do! You won't be sad!

202 Albert Avenue, East LansingI built my own tacos and tried the vegan specialty taco. All were so good and different. The Impossible chorizo had a good kick. The mushrooms were incredible. The chili tofu was crispy and spicy. My favorite sauce was the chimichurri! I had a virgin pineapple marg, which hit the spot. I dined in just before dinner time. Service was quick and friendly. My server explained the ordering card, which is kinda like a sushi joint. There are serious choices clearly labeled as vegan, which I loved. Would love to go back as soon as I'm able.
