I also took part in their puppy training class for pur newest dog and it was great. The last place we took him had him really afraid of the whole process, but I think a few more visits with Dawn and he'll run into Tooth and Nail Grooming Salon just as he does at our vet!

They had my dog's trainer observe her behavior after I voiced concerns and they honestly told me this was not a conducive environment for my dog to succeed socially. Very honest, skilled professionals that truly want the best for our dogs. (The only thing is that the facility only has 2 separate areas for play, so small and large dogs are put together. But, it works for many dogs because the staff are so skilled and observant. They also have a one-sided mirror that is awesome for observing your dog in this social setting.)
These staff helped guide my dog to be in an environment that was much more comfortable for her and set her up for success. And the trainer Sara took it one step further and helped with training her in leash walking in a humane way. Exceptional staff & trainers.

They do not charge a fee they just ask that you donate to the Capital Area Humane society and their name. trouble you would have is making a choice because they have so many nice cats.

They help us find solutions within our price point. They have taken such good care of us. I have been to 3 different Banfields and this is the one!!!!!!! They are the best Banfield in Michigan we drive an hour to come see them. The vet techs are the sweetest people and the front desk is very understanding/helpful + the doctors are wonderful. Dr. Shalagin recently did a neuter on our 15 year old and everything went wonderful he is all healed up. She gave us a phone call during the surgery to let us know how he was doing and let us know as soon as he was done so we could bring him home as soon as possible. They are amazing and they love my boys💕🐾

I had the best service: kind, excited I was a first time customer, treated with care etc. and my food was cooked so quickly! I got a chicken burrito and a mulita and I highly recommend both. I ended up having enough for two meals and they were simply delicious. I will be back!
