The facility is well taken care of, and they make it very simple and direct to help keep your nerves at bay so you can be there for your dog. The shampoo and conditioner options were plentiful and smelled amazing, and the staff were so kind. I can see myself coming back when my lab inevitably gets into something she’s not meant to. Also hoping the medicated shampoo and moisturizing conditioner help with her dandruff!

2100 W Grand River Ave, OkemosWalked in this morning for a nail trim without appointment and they were able to squeeze my puppy in. Summer, his groomer, realized that he was a little timid with his first trim and was so sweet and patient with him.
Super friendly and helpful staff, will drive a little further to go to this location going forward.

2844 Atrium Dr, OkemosWe had been trying to bring our puppy to Doggy Day Care, and while ultimately she wasn't able to attend I still wanted to write a review.
The staff here are very knowledgable and legitimately are concerned about the well-being of all of the animals who come to stay here. They know how to respond to dogs and to read the signs they give off. It was very impressive.
They worked with us for several hours to try and determine if our dog would be a good fit and were so good with our dog. Despite it not working out, I -still- recommend them for anyone looking for a doggy day care.

4738 Central Park Dr, OkemosI was super impressed and will definitely be back. The great place for a meeting as they have lots of available seating in a comfortable atmosphere. I really enjoyed the menu seemed fresh and unique but also had options for those of us with allergies.
