“I switched all my family’s meds here and we absolutely love the service! I love that delivery is an option, as I have another day I have to wait for my other med to be delivered and have to sign. I worked with William before and he’s such a great person in general! It’s always so nice to chat with him and Ms Roxy has been nothing short of amazing! They truly care about their customers and I highly recommend them and have literally been telling friends to switch over! With Rite Aid closing, please call and talk to them! Great place!”

“I had been out of a Necessary, daily medication for two days. The other Walgreens that I went to was of No Help. They said that there was no way to transfer my prescription from my home Walgreens, in Wisconsin, to have it filled here in Michigan. I read the reviews of how helpful the pharmacist was, so I thought I would give this pharmacy a try. He went above and beyond... he made calls...he spent approximately 30 minutes on just my prescription alone. Thank Goodness for this man!!!!”
“Called to schedule an appointment and got in the next morning. It was my first time at the building and as soon as I entered a very nice woman (I think her name was Robin) at the desk gave me directions to where I was trying to go. I had an appointment with Michelle Hafner and she was very nice and easy to talk to especially since I was nervous. The CMA, Alisa, was also so sweet, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything well. I felt I received great care.”

“I see so many comments on here that just make me sigh. First off: Most of the people in the pharmacy are not “pharmacists”. They are techs. Secondly, 75%+ of the negative reviews are from people who are apparently entitled and think thet the world should stop for their prescriptions. I saw multiple comments from people blaming the pharmacy for being out of a drug they were prescribed. Do those people think that this doesn’t happen in every single business? I saw another comment about a tech thwt went on to say that they were given a better explanation from a Pharmacist at a different branch, as if they aren’t asked every single time they go “Do you need to speak to a pharmacist about anything”. Most of the comments on here make me sick to my stomach that almost everyone thinks they are entitled to have everything go right for them, they then write a nasty review, then go to their own job the following day and complain to coworkers why customers are rude, impatient, etc. Bunch of freaking hypocrites.”
