“I like how fast they fill my scripts but I wish I could REMAIN on thier list of texting me when they have been filled.Correction: They sent the notice to review before my Rx was complete. This wasn’t suppose to happen. I waited several hours before reviewing. Once I got to the pharmacy my Rx was not ready and they rushed it at that point. I did receive my text saying it was ready. I talked to them about my review and they were surprised I got the review before my Rx was ready. MSU pharmacy is a great place to get prescriptions filled and they are fast. I like calling in the evening and reordering on the recording.”

“Found this chain while price shipping years ago. My medication ranged from $1,500-3k+ every month at major chains like CVS, and Central was able to fill it under $60 every month for years. They've been my pharmacy through switching doctors, moves, genders, etc. I've had a few issues in the last year, but if I was more organized and on top of things I probably would've been able to catch errors beforehand instead of running out of things because of mistakes on their part. My doctor writes 28day scripts, and it used to be a regular argument to get them refilled before 31 days or whatever. Now I write my dates down and call when it's due regardless, so I don't run out of something because I got the wrong tech on the phone.”

“I want to thank Lorian from Entertainment zone for his help. I bought a TV set and Playstation couple weeks ago from Dewitt Meijer for my grandkids and encountered a whole lot of trouble trying to put them together and see them working. I almost reached to the point of giving up and return them all to the store.Yesterday evening while I went to Meijer to get my groceries I had the good thoght to ask the Electronics man - what else I may have to do before returning the TV and that Playstation to Meijer, since they don't work for me? I asked Lorian and he told me to replace the hdmi cable with a better one they are having in stock and also told me how to do a reset and upgrade in both device systems. I did that and it made my TV and gaming system to work flawlesly. Without having the Entertainment man advice, no doubt I would have ending up by returning everything back to Meijer (investment costing me 900 dollars)!”

Since I heard about the Rite Aid bankrupty, and that some stores will survive but others not....Just wanted to say I hope THIS Rite Aid will stay! It is my go to Pharmacy. “A good place to buy products, where all basic products are available.What distinguishes this store is that the prices are very cheap, and I believe that for an annual subscription of $50, after that you can buy products at prices much lower than what is offered in the rest of the stores.The only problem is that they do not have bags to carry the products when you purchase them, so I advise that you bring bags with you if you are thinking of visiting it.It has free parking, and designated parking for people with disabilities.”

“Awesome staff, faster than any other pharmacy I've ever been too on a consistent basis. Even for difficult Rx's over past decade plus neighbor office complex to my pain and rehab care/neurologist, etc. So, pain meds, added to chemo meds, anti-seizure meds,etc. Folks who have worked here have been so supportive, engaged and gave a ton of extra effort for no personal benefit. Other than in the good people who get their best reward out of helping those who are in need in the small hope a single inconsequential act may have an impact on life , or maybe even come back altogether. “After abysmal service at the Meijer pharmacy down the street, I moved all my prescriptions over to Walmart pharmacy. I use their app to keep track of refills and when I see any issues they are more than happy to help me sort them out. Sometimes they're out of a certain medication, but I usually see it come in within a few days. The pharmacists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I miss their curbside service, though. It was very convenient to not have to trudge all the way into the store just to pick up one or two meds (especially in winter).”

The people at this pharmacy are quick, friendly, very helpful in transferring rxs, and knowledgeable. I also LOVE the drive thru, especially when I'm sick so I don't expose other shoppers. Today I had a doc visit and Rx was sent in. I made 2 quick stops on my way home and Meijer had my Rx ready before I got home! Fantastic!”

“I had to make a Kroger run today to complete my list of ingredients for cooking for the holiday. During checkout, I ran into a few technical user problems. Jay, a female employee working at the self-checkout stations was AMAZING. There was someone else working the 6 stations that I was at but she was occupied with sometihng so Jay came over to help me since no one was in need of assistance at the 6 stations she was at. Jay went from my 6 stations back over to hers helping people out. She was quick, knowledgable about the computer systems functioning, polite, thoughtful, and she smiled while she helped me. I have not experienced anyone as pleasant as her during my self-checkout experiences other places. If she is not a manager, she should certainly be trained for a management position as she possesses the abilitiy to train others to be as effective as she demonstrated today. Keep up the great work Jay, you made my day and I noticed your skills. I hope Kroger notices them too. You are a hard worker. Thank you for your help today. ;)”
