“The RiteAid store on Lake Lansing Road is wonderful. The two pharmacists that are generally there ( I believe Michael and David but might have missed on that) are exceptional. Melissa the pharmacy tech is just outstanding and is also friendly and helpful. I continue to go there because of the friendliness and quality of the staff.”

“I was forced to switch from Kroger pharmacy (Okemos) to Meijer (Bath) by my insurance company. I'm SO glad they made me switch. The people at this pharmacy are quick, friendly, very helpful in transferring rxs, and knowledgeable. I also LOVE the drive thru, especially when I'm sick so I don't expose other shoppers. Today I had a doc visit and Rx was sent in. I made 2 quick stops on my way home and Meijer had my Rx ready before I got home! Fantastic!”

“I like kroger but the one on w.lake lansing my granddaughter checked me out at a self scan as she cashiers and is fast.I saw a candle i purchased was real cheap and i bought up another one for her to scan and the assistant asked us if she scanned both candles.she could have seen we did on her end but chose to embarrasse us.Then we needed assistance for a chip coupon, and had us dig thru the bags to find the 2nd bag. there was no need to do all of that.Very angry and sad that my grandaughter and myself were chosen to annoy.”
“We were from out of town and we needed an emergency prescription filled. Adnan the pharmacist called our home pharmacy and got our prescription filled on-the-spot. He was kind and courteous and is a true asset to your corporation.”
“This Kroger is the best in the area (all of Lansing and EL). I wish Kroger as a company would update some of the stores in the city, but this one is great! They have a cashier named Brandon that waited on me the other day and what a breath of fresh air!!! Finally someone that is customer service oriented! Thought it was a lost art! This guy was speedy, personable, knowledgeable and just an absolute joy! He needs to be a manager of customer service for the entire company! Will come here from now on (I live 15 miles away) but this and the cleanliness and stock of the store are great! The other employees are very good as well. Please Kroger, hold on to Brandon and do better in your city areas.”

“I had to make a Kroger run today to complete my list of ingredients for cooking for the holiday. During checkout, I ran into a few technical user problems. Jay, a female employee working at the self-checkout stations was AMAZING. There was someone else working the 6 stations that I was at but she was occupied with sometihng so Jay came over to help me since no one was in need of assistance at the 6 stations she was at. Jay went from my 6 stations back over to hers helping people out. She was quick, knowledgable about the computer systems functioning, polite, thoughtful, and she smiled while she helped me. I have not experienced anyone as pleasant as her during my self-checkout experiences other places. If she is not a manager, she should certainly be trained for a management position as she possesses the abilitiy to train others to be as effective as she demonstrated today. Keep up the great work Jay, you made my day and I noticed your skills. I hope Kroger notices them too. You are a hard worker. Thank you for your help today. ;)”

“My daughter is a student at MSU. Her doctor called in a prescription to Walgreens. I talked to Amelia, the pharmacist, who confirmed they had my daughter's information in the system. Amelia had to order the medication. The next morning the prescription was ready for pickup. Amelia made the entire process easy. She was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. It gives me peace of mind to be able to depend on an out of town pharmacy for my daughter's prescriptions.”

“I just had the best customer service experience on the phone here, I wish I remembered the name of the girl that just helped me so I could mention here here, but she went above and beyond to help me and to answer all of my questions! I called 4 other Meijer Pharmacy’s before this one and the girl working here was the only one to actually help me out by asking me questions to be able to meet my needs! I recommend this pharmacy and I will definitely go there in the future even though I am not local to it!”

“I like how fast they fill my scripts but I wish I could REMAIN on thier list of texting me when they have been filled.Correction: They sent the notice to review before my Rx was complete. This wasn’t suppose to happen. I waited several hours before reviewing. Once I got to the pharmacy my Rx was not ready and they rushed it at that point. I did receive my text saying it was ready. I talked to them about my review and they were surprised I got the review before my Rx was ready. MSU pharmacy is a great place to get prescriptions filled and they are fast. I like calling in the evening and reordering on the recording.”
