“Really like the Pharmacy. Everyone is nice. I wish they could do an automated reminder text the my refills were due. Not just when they are ready, that would be so helpful.”

“What a great pharmacy! When you go, say “Hi” to Ramy the pharmacist. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never experienced such an engaged and kind pharmacist. Definitely the place to get your prescriptions from a team that cares about their customers! Shout-out to Ramy!”

“Whoever was working the till Fri Oct 11 5pm (Josh?) was a beast! He hustled people through an insane line at a breakneck pace while being courteous & accurate. Also, Paul did me a solid by following through, saving me tons of time and a huge headache. Truly appreciated!”

“Produce is fresh, and there is always a sale on something we want, and if you like Chicken of the Sea tuna. It's the only store around that has it. Meijer used to sell it, but for whatever reason, they no longer do.”

“This Kroger is the best in the area (all of Lansing and EL). I wish Kroger as a company would update some of the stores in the city, but this one is great! They have a cashier named Brandon that waited on me the other day and what a breath of fresh air!!! Finally someone that is customer service oriented! Thought it was a lost art! This guy was speedy, personable, knowledgeable and just an absolute joy! He needs to be a manager of customer service for the entire company! Will come here from now on (I live 15 miles away) but this and the cleanliness and stock of the store are great! The other employees are very good as well. Please Kroger, hold on to Brandon and do better in your city areas.”

“William the Pharmacist at the East Lansing store really went the extra mile. I was frustrated with my call center experience and an earlier visit to a different location but he really took the time to explain what was going on, took the time to follow back with the doctor to make sure the dosage was correct and to make sure I walked out with the prescription and a good experience!”

“Dr. Bull, Dr. Mangan (who retired) and Dr. Popenoe are the best doctors! They listen to patients carefully and usually they send you the prescription within a few hours (by the end of the day). Scheduling appointments are also very easy compared to other places. Sometimes during the summer you can get same day appointments. I remember being late to some of my appointments but the doctors here are very kind and took me in even though I was late (they usually do it if they don’t have any other appointments after my scheduled one). The doctors also respond to texts in the patient portal within a days which is also helpful if you have any quick questions about the medication. Overall, it was an excellent experience here.”

“This Meijer Pharmacy is getting better. Although the pharmacy app never worked on my phone, I can access my Rx info on the website. Big bonus, fewer phone calls.”
