“I called on a Monday morning and was able to get my car in and repaired the same day. I could hear a grinding sound coming from a wheel. As it turns out, I needed rear brake pads and rotors. Ted was great to work with! He kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle, gave me an estimate and kept me in the loop as to when my car would be ready for pickup. Ted and his technicians were respectful and kind. It's rare to see this level of professionalism these days! Do not hesitate to visit this shop!!!”

“I went to Eaton Rapids at Rapids Auto to have the senors I purchased checked to see if they were the correct frequency for the computer to identify and they said they were. They installed all 4 and found out after the complete installation they were the wrong frequency. “We were passing through East Lansing from out of town. All of a sudden I started hearing a terrible noise from my right front suspension. After calling a few other repair shops with no luck being 4 pm on a Friday, I got a call back that muffler man was able to get me in before they closed that evening. It ended up being a minor repair, they got us in and out quickly and were honest & friendly in the process. Thanks Muffler Man!

“I needed to part with my 2002 Ford Explorer that quit running and was just sitting in the yard. I called Shroyer's and they helped me get it out of the yard and bought it to use for parts before it is scrapped. I worked with Patrick, Tyler, and Curtis. They were all very nice and professional. Great service!!!

“I had a rough Sunday with getting a flat on my way to Lansing from Jackson. I throw on the spare and headed to Sam’s once I was done with my business. They got me right in and taken care of. Daniel was especially helpful, not only was he very polite and helpful. But he also explained some future issues he saw on the horizon all without being pushy or trying to pressure me into buying new tires that very moment. He was awesome!”
“Hard to get a hold of of on the phone, but is a small shop with only one or two guys working. Said they had the tires for my car and just to swing by. They did have them and installed them right away, even checked the alignment but weren't pushy with any services. Much better tired than what I drove in with.”
“My truck pulled to the left after an alignment at Belle Tire. They said it was aligned right and there was nothing they could do. I brought it to AutoLab to center my steering wheel and fix the pull to the left. A tech named Dillon took the time and knowledge to align my truck correctly, center the steering and eliminate the pull. Instead of having to live with the problem as Belle Tire recommended, now it drives straight like it should. Highly recommend the expert friendly care from this repair facility.”

“Experience was okay. This is my second time going to this location with my silverado. First time i submitted some complaints but they had a good response time reaching out to see how they could make it better. Today i had an appointment set at 1400. I ended up leaving around 1815 after getting there at 1530. My tires call for 41psi cold and they set them at 37/38. I got an alignment and my wheel is clearly slanted to the right. My weather stripping of the driver door is peeled out at the bottom...did they SLIDE out of the truck every time they needed to get out? It was frustrating. Bathroom was in pretty gross condition. But there were positives durint my time here. Their staff are very polite at the front desks, dealing with them myself and getting to observe them for nearly two hours. They are welcoming and even when you ask dumb questions (i was guilty of that part) they answer politely. They honored one of the two coupons i showed them that i had emailed to me and offered a discount on alignment because i was waiting so long. Ultimately i ended up paying less than i planned to, that's always a plus. I ordered the tires on friday and they were installed on monday. I can get over the steering wheel not being straight but i'm irritated about the weather stripping. I have 50,000 miles think about it, but if they still have the best prices i'll more than likely come back.”

“I've used the Okemos Belle tire on two occasions. The first visit was for front end ball joints, control arms/bushings, and alignment on my Silverado. The second was for new tires and alignment on my classic car. Both visits had minor issues but the management addressed them promptly and without hesitation.
