“I was in town for my son's basketball camp before heading to Ohio for a baseball tournament when I got a nail in my tire. I went in for an appointment to have the tire plugged but was told it was too close to the side wall so I would need a new tire. The tire needed to be ordered from Grand Rapids and wouldn't be in until late afternoon so I would be looking at the next day to get it put on. I let them know that as soon as my son is done with basketball camp, we head to Ohio to play baseball early Friday morning. Knowing my situation, they suggested maybe calling a couple other places to see if they had the tire in stock...neither place had it. Ben ended up ordering the tire & crossed my fingers that it would come & they could get it on that day.
Ben called me much earlier than expected that the tire was in from Grand Rapids and they could put it on when I got there.
The guys were all friendly, kind and went above and beyond to get this out of towner taken care of.
I would definitely recommend this location of Belle Tire to anyone.”
