“I've only been there to do open swim.The pool seemed fine, but for some reason, there was very loud music playing, which I'm sure contributed to my 19 month old granddaughter being nervous. Kids playing loudly was totally expected, but the loud music was unnecessary.Plan to try again because we'd like to get her into swimming lessons.There also wasn't any clear signage about changing areas or anything. Just signs saying to shower first, but the shower water was ice cold, and the door didn't lock either. Hopefully, we just went to the wrong place.I'll definitely be looking into other options. Basically, we went through a lot (getting everything together, buying new swim diapers, loading up, driving, and paying money) just to be disappointed.”
“My wife and kids have been here before and did the Ringmaster room. Today the four of us did The Heart of a Pirate with Jeremy! He was fantastic! He was very charismatic and friendly! We will definitely be back and will be requesting Jeremy again.”
“My daughter’s 2nd summer going to Kiki’s gymnastics summer camp and she LOVED it!!! Always begged to go back and built a bond with the staff she would tell me all the fun stuff stories and crafts they did that day. She also loved going to gymnastics here as well will definitely keep coming here every summer. :)”
“Had fun at the horse show! This is a great location to see lots of different events! Prices are a bit high, just to get in! Some shows are free, but the horse one was $20 a person!”

“I visited with my sister and out-of-town company that were spending the weekend. Beautiful, peaceful, and wonderful gardens to wander through. Three friendly cats, lamas, and donkeys made for great photos.”
“I had my daughters open house here, and it was a great venue. The club members were friendly and helpful. Our bartender was Kim she was very good. I would definitely hold another event here. I also found out they have rummage sales and serve a German dinner. Great place!!”

“This is a nice clean, comfortable hotel with tasteful architecture but what really makes it special as the staff. Everyone was so nice. Leah was especially awesome checking us in!”
“Stopped in for dinner for the first time, really good experience! Caesar salad and chicken Alfredo were *excellent,” and bread was delicious. Fettuccine perfectly cooked, sauce was perfect and hot, and the chicken truly shined, being juicy and gorgeously cooked. Their only downfall was the asparagus - they didn’t trim off enough of the stems, so the ends were woody and hard to chew. Pretty pricey but I’d say it was worth it for the portions and quality. Cute little Great Gatsby-style vibe. Our server was friendly and attentive despite it being a relatively busy Friday night. If I have the money to splurge, I’d definitely come back (especially to try some pizza!)”

“I found the hotel to be great, truly. It is close to Michigan State U and affordable. Knowing my daughter now attends MSU, I will stay here often, but the reason I came to Google to write this review was to commend Najlaa, the woman who was responsible for tidying my room after I departed. Having dropped my girl off at school and being quite upset, I forgot to pack my work laptop and left it behind in the room. Said laptop is very valuable and returning to work without it would have been a huge problem for me, but thankfully, Najlaa was honest and turned in my laptop to the front desk! Although I had to drive 10 hours back to the hotel to retrieve my laptop, kicking myself the entire way, I am ever so grateful to Najlaa for her honesty. This alone will be the reason why I frequent this hotel. Najlaa....I am so grateful for you! I hope you were given the reward I left for you! Thank you!!!!!!”

“This hotel was very pretty, clean, and the staff was very polite. The continental breakfast was good, there were several choices and we were able to do a late check out for 1pm at no additional cost which was very helpful for our circumstances. I would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The room was clean and very comfortable. I traveled with my husband and 3 small children and we had plenty of room without feeling like we were right on top of each other. We stayed in a King with a pull out couch. Highly recommend. My kids were so thrilled with the room (ages 2 year-6 years) and the space to play.”

“My family and I were there this past weekend for my nieces wedding. The hotel was in a great location and the service was great and what I have come to expect from Marriott. The wedding was at a different venue but the Sunday Morning breakfast was great. The other facilities were above many of their peers. Having the Michigan Flyer just outside the door was very helpful”
