“I had a great experience at Launch thanks to Brenon, Sophie, Jordyn, Kristyna, and Roan. They were all friendly, welcoming, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time. They were professional, helpful whenever we had questions, and went above and beyond with great customer service. Employees like them make people want to come back, and I honestly think they deserve recognition and a raise for how well they do their jobs.

Unfortunately, my experience with Kaelyn was the complete opposite. She came across as rude, unfriendly, and dismissive, which made the visit much less enjoyable. I felt like I was treated disrespectfully, and it left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this because customer service is an important part of the experience.”

“Myself, husband and 2 children stayed here June 19-20 and then again, today June 25-26. The first visit was seamless although my kids were disappointed by the pool closure during our first night. We were traveling to Manistee Michigan to break up our trip to and from Pittsburgh. This is a dog friendly hotel, some of the rooms have a lot of pet dander residue left over and our first room on the second stay reeked of wet dog and tons of pet fur that wasn't properly cleaned. Staff immediately changed our room or offered a full refund. Amazing customer service. We greatly appreciated the accommodations without issue.”

“kurt and his staff are the best, I stay here for a year a t a time being a project manager for large sites on MSU facilities, rooms are clean, location is the best, you can bring your pets. they make sure that people pick up after their pets also, the pool area is the best. and once again, best location possible if your in the Lansing area”
