“We scheduled the delivery of 2 recliners. On the day before the delivery the store called and advised the delivery would be made between noon and 3PM. The delivery truck arrived a few minutes before 2PM. One of the chairs was the wrong chair. The delivery men were sorry about the mistake, called the store and verified the chair we ordered was still there and said they would be right back. They went back to the store, got the correct chair and delivered before 3PM. This is my definition of customer service. The delivery men were very professional and polite.”
