“My fiance lost the diamond on her engagement ring a few years ago. I went to the Diamond factory for an estimate for a new diamond. I thought it was a little expensive so I stopped by Birmingham Jewelry. They sold me a larger diamond for $2,000 less. Bravo ! Then my fiance lost the ring. This time it was insured. Reba, Gregory and the staff worked with the insurance company and they made my fiance a new custom ring. In fact the ring wasn't going to be ready for a few more weeks but when Gregory found out that we wanted it for a special occasion they finished it that same day !!

“Took a few pieces in to have work done and the quality of the work shows how skilled he is at what he does. I had my wedding ring resized and my wife's engagement and wedding ring soldered together and it was all done in a few hours.
Now my ring fits and you can't even tell that my wife's two rings are joined together. And they were both cleaned and looking better than new when I got them back.
I also brought in an anniversary gift for my wife that was slightly bent and he fixed it really quick and without charging me for it.
Overall it was a very good experience and I will be coming back and telling everyone I know where to go for their jewelry needs.”

While leaving my ring behind was emotional for me, he seemed to register that and said that he will take good care of it. When I picked it up yesterday, not only does it fit perfectly, it looks brand new, better than the day I got it. “My wife loves this place. I was a little leery of going alone to attempt to buy a gift for her but Erin was SO helpful and SO nice. I brought pictures of my wife's jewelry and Erin was happy to take a look and help with my selection. My daughter has picked out gifts for her friends, as there is the cutest kids area with jewelry, handmade aprons (made by the owner’s mom!), pillows, etc. Fun mugs I’ve purchased for teacher gifts, the best wooden earrings, fun make and take beaded bracelet events, so many sweet things packed into this tiny pink house.”

Along with bunches of magnets, pens, and pins for coworkers and friends. Fairly priced and the lady working the counter was extremely nice and fast. Third time I went to this place granted got a ticket but content to pay the fee because I am grateful they fixed my necklace with thee intention for me to not waste my money.
