“I would give these people 10 stars if I could. They worked with me a number of times over a two-year period on a variety of shipments across the country as I worked through my aunt's estate. They shipped everything from Hummels to luggage to sentimental documents to furniture and even a chandelier! I packed some items myself, they packed others, and they even came to the house to pick up the furniture. Everything arrived on-time and undamaged. On top of everything else, the entire staff was kind and considerate as well as being helpful and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing to ship anything to anywhere from the St. Clair Shores area. Pak Mail staff (especially Melanie) were all tremendous and I couldn't have done what I needed to get done without them!”

“I ship alot of golf clubs thru out the year always used fed ex in roseville by accident I needed to ship a golf club I was getting a haircut across the street and the barber suggested I go across the street to ship I was skeptical at first best thing I ever did haven't use fed ex since I would say Helen is the gold standard for shipping don't hesitate to use her services”

“I was at this wonderful location today to sand ? to my mom in NY for Mother’s Day. So as I was waiting for my turn the Lady in front of me went crazy she started to doing stuff behind the counter, swearing yelling just because she have to pay service fee of four dollar I was totally shocked but the representative was behind the counter was very very professional. He handled it very well, and I thanked him for that he deserving a word I never seen anyone with that kind of patient in my whole entire life. He has a great customer service.
