“My mom recently had to file an insurance claim for her damaged phone. The insurance company gave us the hardest time with the claim, so we went to see Dyson at the Metro PCS store on Dix in Lincoln Park. Dyson got on the phone with the insurance company and assisted us with completing the claim.
Dyson was professional, patient and very kind. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, but we sure are grateful that he did.
Dyson even told my mom that she could bring her replacement phone in when she received it and he would set it up for her. Once she received the phone, Dyson took care of getting her data transferred to the new phone.

“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”

I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

“This is quite honestly the best small hardware store I have ever been in. It’s kind of a bohemian place but the workers will take care of you. They worked with my spanish and got me exactly what I needed. The owner, Dave got me a diverter the whole city didn’t have. His knowledge in stems is unmatched. Guys treated me with respect and, helped me get everything I needed. Very professional. I recommend to every person who speaks spanish and doesn’t know what that piece you are looking for is called.
