“Darrell was seriously the most helpful employee in any phone store I’ve ever been. After the guy at the Fort and Pennsylvania location told me “metros system was down” so he couldn’t give me my transfer pin and account number, I called this location and Darrell said he absolutely could do it as long as I had my ID. He was so helpful and kind from the time I walked in to the time I left.”
