“I recently bought two grills from T&T True Value, both of which needed to be ordered. The great folks at T&T coordinated with me on a timeline, then got the grills and assembled them perfectly, right on time! They also went above and beyond to make sure that I got the grills home in one piece. Kelly and everyone else at T&T are really nice and personable - just how I remember hardware stores from my childhood. The prices were competitive but the service was way beyond my expectations, so I’m super glad I went this route instead of ordering off the web. They’ve got a customer for life!”
“I wish I remembered the names but the workers and managers are amazing here. They go above and beyond! I'm there pretty much weekly and they know me by name now and pretty much know what I'm working for. Came in today and the manager said "I bet your here for the power drawer organizer" damn right I was! She grabbed it from the back and handed it for me. Also when I wanted to grab this tool box she also said she would clean the loading ramp for me. Everyone that works there are very nice and willing to work with your schedule if you want to pick up a big item. Also they are very patient to answer all questions. Thanks again guys!”
