“Jonathan has been great working with my aunt helping us with some challenging account changes after my uncle passed. He has worked with us multiple times between making changes and then helping her bundle services to save money. He was even patient when she was hangry and cranky. Joe also assisted us today and his help was very appreciated too. Thanks guys for the awesome service. We appreciate you!”
“I have been a cricket customer for a long time. My phone broke yesterday and i was freaking out, i walked into the store around 5 last night and was very frusterated and explained the situation to Mark the sales rep that was working at the time. He was so understanding and so helpful and funny to. I left feeling so much better and a new phone in my hand. I 100% reccomend Mark to anyone!Hes a keeper for sure! ?”

“Austin was the sales person at the Verizon store and he was very helpful. He was able to troubleshoot an issue that I had with my email. And then not only that he got me on a new plan that gives me more and I pay less. He’s very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely deserves five stars.”
