“I regularly bring in my kitty Trooper to have his nails clipped. The girls who take him back and work with him are very kind and welcoming. Troopers nails look good when they are finished. Trooper also depends on the veterinarians and assistants for his health care. They are highly competent, thorough and concerned. I thank all who work here for their wonderful care.”

“Phenomenal practice; this place has some great, caring people. I swear I spent more time calling around town checking for availability for what I thought was an emergency with my cat after the holiday weekend than I did in the actual appointment and they got us in right away. Highly recommend going through East River for your pet's needs”

“Dr. Moody & the safe are always so friendly and love seeing the pets! They all care so much about each animal that comes through their door. Dr. Moody has a big heart for cats and this is why I choose her again to take care of my new cat as she really showed true understanding in the past when I had to say goodbye to my previous cats. Will forever be grateful for Vet Med.”

“I want to thank Great Lakes Pet Emergencies for their compassionate, kind care in seeing our sweet Yellow Labrador Toby. We had to make the very heartbreaking decision to let him go, due to age and the pain he was in. Dr Dr. Matt Bullock and his staff were so kind, patient and professional with us. They were there when we needed them for our beloved boy Toby and did all they could for us. Thank you for the very kind card you sent us. We will alway remember Toby and the humanity and caring you showed our pet. Dr Bullock is definitely one of the best. Thank you.”
