The also went above and beyond to deal with the insurance to get my car fixed as soon as possible. During that time they kept me in the loop with text messages. Really appreciate their service!!”

Hardest part was them getting the check( it got sent next door lol) Told me the car wld be delivered next day by 6pm, arrived at 1:30! If I need another Beamer I know who to call.”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “Drea is amazing! My husband and I came in to make a purchase, unbeknownst to us we left our key fob in the car, which malfunctioned and locked us out. When Drea noticed she immediately got on her phone and located a locksmith without us even knowing. The locksmith was there in less than 30 minutes. Drea went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. I kept telling her how much of an angel she was and couldn’t stop thanking her. She even turned on the spacer heater behind the counter to help keep me warm while we waited on the locksmith. The other employees (I didn’t get their names) were wonderful as well by making sure I was comfortable and provided me with a chair to sit down. I’m telling you if you want superior service go here, they’re all very kind!”

“HUGE shoutout to Brendan Beim our Product Specialist! He deserves more than 5 stars! We have been trying to build and order a 2024 GMC Yukon from our local dealership in Delaware since February and have been told they're on hold for now. I reached out to GM directly to find out what is going on. She did not know of any such thing and pointed me in the direction of Fox Buick GMC in Michigan since they had exactly what I wanted. Received an email immediately from Artie the Customer Care Manager that someone would be in touch with me soon. Received a call from Brendan first thing Monday morning and he started the process for us purchasing our 2024 GMC Yukon. We chose text as communication. He was very thorough and thoughtful with asking questions, providing answers, taking pictures of our Yukon through the processes. Talked to Marcus in Finance and he took great care of getting all the details worked out for our financing. Received an email from Diana the Sales Manager to make sure we are getting everything answered. We made the trip from Delaware to Ohio to see family. Today IS the day we made the trip from Ohio to Michigan to meet all of these wonderful people we have emailed, texted, and called all week. The dealership is BEAUTIFUL! Every single person is so friendly! Lots of smiling faces! I honestly was so nervous at the beginning with dealing with a purchase way out of state, but Brendan made this the easiest purchase we have ever made! “I first stopped by Arc Spring to see about correcting a rear spring problem on my 1950 Mercury. He gave me a basic cost to fix, but then reduced the price because the job did not take as long as he first estimated. From that experience I asked Chuck if he would do a more complete upgrade on this same car and shortly after he installed a Ridetech air spring suspension on the rear leaf springs. The job went well, the car floats down the street, and he told me ofther other corrections that he made during the course of this repair. It all boils down to good work at a resonable price. I trust this business!”
