“Scheduled a test drive via text and phone call (Amanda) after work on a Thursday at 6pm. Spent time with the sales consultant (Michail) and sales manager (Matt) until 9:30pm test driving cars, getting a trade in. Slur, and reviewing available used car inventory, car faxes, etc provided by them. Upon finding the right car, they prepared everything themselves Friday and had the car and paperwork ready to go Saturday with the finance manager Steve. No pushy sales, thorough explanations of cars, differences, warranties (included from original manufacturer, include with CPO, and optional with purchase), and comparisons of cost/monthly payments throughout the process with everyone. Extremely happy with the process of everything and the vehicle itself!”

“I took my 2013 Mitsubishi outlander to Waterford Mitsubishi. They charged me $200 and told me I had a bad transmission which would cost 15K. I eventually found what was causing the transmission to malfunction and called Waterford again asking for a quote on that part. They would not even give me a quote unless I brought the car to them and another $200 diagnostic fee.So then I called Glassman. NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. Asked for a quote and was promptly given a number on the labor and transfered over to parts. Again I was given a number and informed that the part is out of stock nationwide with no ETA. While this is bad news, they were courteous and honest with me and I now have the information I need to make a decision on what to do. All of this at no charge.Had I gone to Glassman first I could have avoided this entire nightmare, thanks to their excellent and Honest service. IF I had gone back to Waterford again, they would have charged me another $200 only to find out my car isn't fixable(which they probably actually knew) or tried to sell me another 15K transmission.It is rare to find honesty from a dealership, but it is possible.”

“Gerber Collision really impressed me, mainly because of Teresa's awesome customer service. I kept calling her about fixing my window, and she was super nice and understanding every time. Even though they were swamped, she made sure my truck was looked at within the same week. Teresa is definitely a star at Gerber. And when I went to their office, Mike was great too. He was really understanding and professional while checking out the damage to my truck. These guys are good at what they do!"”

“Ramen noodles are okay, but I have better. Japanese dishes are fairly decent, but some can be questionable. You don't get much of a choice outside of ramen, Japanese, American, sandwich, and (Japanese) curry. However, prices are costo level affordable.I highly recommend for a quick lunch. Does not serve breakfast or dinner however.”

“Tyrone Simmons provides outstanding customer service. He's personable and always seems happy to help you. I've had my cars serviced there twice I and highly recommend them. They don't take forever to repair your car or jack up the repair price like our dealership recommended collision shop. I've been there twice and they did a great job, repairing my bumper within 2 days. The only thing I didn't like was the second time they didnt have a car to take me back home. But my husband came and took me back. So be sure you have a ride back home and then to pick up your car when it's done. The money you save will be worth it though. I paid $500.00 less there than at Suburban Honda.”

“Seriously amazing.My chevy got scratched, and my husband brought it in here before he told me about any of the damage.They somehow got the paint to match perfectly, little sparkles and all. They got the little dents out without any indication there was a dent to begin with.I literally couldn't tell where it got scratched and dented. I would have been upset it happened, but I couldn't tell you where it happened, so if you don't want your wife to freak out about scratches and dents, just go here. They have like a master paint artist or something. They will save you that future argument.”
