“Going to Drake‘s collision was the best decision I made immediately I felt confident about the service. They have my car looking better than brand new Jacqueline is the best she handles everyone with the same care and kindness very understanding and patience with customers. “I’m new to the area and scouted a few different body shops. Ultimately went with Master Tech Collision and couldn’t be happier that I did. Their nearly 5 star rating is very well deserved. They are honest, good guys who perform perfect work at fair, competitive prices. I almost want to bang my car up some more so I can work with them again… which I inevitably will. You won’t regret going with them!”

“I had an amazing experience at the Lexus dealership in Southfield, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Sami Rayis. From the moment I walked in, Sami was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle for me. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Sami went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and his communication and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. I absolutely love my Lexus and would highly recommend Sami to anyone looking for a seamless, enjoyable car-buying experience. Five stars all around!”

“Camden is the absolute best. He happily checked and changed my battery in the parking lot and also put my wipers on FREE OF CHARGE! I’m never going to the dealer again! This store has saved me so much money, I highly recommend! Surprised they don’t charge for all the services they offer, tips should be MANDATORY for all the work these guys do!”

“First let me say I will never go to anyone else! Monro Auto & Body will always be my go to for anything concerning my cars! First they hooked me up with a great tow company because I couldn’t drive mine with a gas leak. They called me with a diagnosis of having to replace fuel pump. Meaning they would have to drop the gas tank to replace it. Once they replaced it and put the gas tank back up they tested it out only to find it still leaking. After putting a camera scope through, they discovered a hose also needed replaced that was hard for them to see. After calling a dealer for the hose, it would have been $1200 my cost just for the hose, on top of the price already quoted to me! The dealer didn’t care at all about the customer! But I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Moe! He refused to charge me that much for a hose. He called 8 different junk yards and found one that was 1 and a half hours away!!! They got it and installed it and my car is running like a dream now!! Moe definitely did not have to do what he did and this shows what a wonderful person he is and he truly cares about his customers! He could have easily charged me that extra $1200 plus more just for the inconvenience of having to drop the gas tank twice! But he explained to me that even if it’s frustrating for them, it’s not the customers fault so why should they have to pay for it!? He is awesome and amazing, everyone at Monro is outstanding and the work they do is exceptional and done with care. They really do care about you and not overcharging! Just like Moe told me, he always strives to be a good human being who can go to sleep at night feeling good about how his customers are treated and that’s so hard to find now a days. Thank you so much Moe and everyone at Monro Auto & Body!!!”

“I bought auto parts at Harthun in the 1960s for my 63 Ford Fairlane and 66 Dodge Dart. I can't believe it's still here and in business. Always had what I needed at a reasonable price. Moved to Colorado in 1975 and now Utah.”

“We had a great experience at Glassman Mitsubishi. I ended up buying something unexpected but it was better than what I originally wanted and cost less. I had an issue with the vehicle early on and they fixed it quickly and even got me a Uber so I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride. Jordane was an excellent sales person and Savon in maintenance was great!”

“Ramen noodles are okay, but I have better. Japanese dishes are fairly decent, but some can be questionable. You don't get much of a choice outside of ramen, Japanese, American, sandwich, and (Japanese) curry. However, prices are costo level affordable.I highly recommend for a quick lunch. Does not serve breakfast or dinner however.”

“After getting into a car accident, while stationary at a stop light, my vehicle sustained damage to its back end. I called a handful of collision shops after the incident. However, the proposed approach and according services did not generate appeal. Fortunately, I contacted the Glassman Body Shop to address and handle the necessary repairs for my Hyundai Tuscan. Both Danny, the Collision Estimator, and Mike performed exceptionally throughout this process. Mike and Danny's responsiveness to proceeding inquiries, and overall acumen, were impressive. The executed repairs were outstanding. Additionally, Danny and Mike even enhanced the cleanliness of the vehicle's interior. I would heartily recommend the Glassman Auto Group and its corresponding body shop to fulfill your automotive interests and needs.”
