“I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to protect it against our Michigan weather. I had it undercoated/rust protection and Ceramic Coated. Even though it was a new vehicle just purchased off the lot , it had scratches all through the paint. Check out the photo's. Joe the owner had me discuss with is daughter Erin to rub out the paint before she ceramic coated and what a job she did! My Ram 3500 truck looks absolutely beautiful. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!”

“I had my Subaru ascent repaired here for some body damage. The work was done in a timely manner and communication before, during and at the end of repair was good. There was an issue with one of the interior trim where it kept coming loose starting about 3 weeks after I picked up the car. I took it back twice where they “fixed” it each time but it kept becoming loose after a few days. Finally I spoke with the manager who apologized for the inconvenience, ordered a new trim and had it replaced which stopped the issue.”

“This is the only location that I will ever go to. I have a diesel vehicle and Pep Boys is one of the only oil change facilities that carries the oil my truck takes. After having a bad experience at the Farmington location, I was reluctant to give Pep Boys another try. I called this location to inquire about setting an appointment. After finding out that I was leaving another location due to a bad experience, Noah assured me that he would have a tech available immediately. When I arrived, he greeted me by name, answered all of my questions and immediately had a tech begin working as promised. My truck was done sooner than expected and Noah even gave my 1 year old son a toy car to keep him occupied while we finished up some paperwork. All in all, most oil change places are the same, great customers service makes ALL the difference. Because of Noah, this location has a loyal customer.”

I was glad the Cyber Monday price I saw on the website was the same as in the price in the store.
