“I walked into this branch to take care of business for my elderly parents. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Emily directed me to her window and she couldn't be nicer. She helped with my, not-so-everyday paperwork. Emily was very friendly, professional, & efficient. I felt comfortable and confident in her experience. She didn't miss a beat by explaining the various accounts I may be interested in for my parents once they sell their house. She knew every detail about each one! I was impressed. Thank you, Emily!
From there, Kristen finalized my paperwork in her office. Wow! Thoughtful and professional is how I would describe Kristen. I had a video appointment that came about 45 minutes early while I was there and Kristen offered the empty conference room for me to take the call. I felt like I was at a friend or family member's home the whole time I was at this credit union. I left briefly to wrap up the video call and returned to complete my paperwork. I felt like Kristen was an old friend. I gave her a hug, thanked her, and she gave me 2 dog treats to give my dog, Maggie when I got home.
