“I first want to preface that this wasn’t good customer etiquette of me, but after searching for tulips all day for my fiances birthday, I called Donna 5 minutes before they closed. She was absolutely amazing to me, so sweet and kind. She stayed after to make sure I had the tulips for my fiance, and they came out amazing. I don’t think I’ll ever get flowers anywhere else!! “Fantastic shop with unique items and very friendly down to earth owner. High-quality products from lesser-known (to me) brands. Great for unique gifts and home fragrances. I've got my eye on a couple vases and lamps he has in stock as well... Recently got a delightful Mad et Len perfume here. I bring a lot of friends here. There are items of multiple price points and I feel the prices are reasonable for the quality and nature of the items. MUST VISIT!!”

Zina is someone you can absolutely trust to execute your vision even beyond what you expected. Zina is also a genuinely nice person and such a pleasure to work with! Dealing with decision fatigue during wedding planning I left it in Zina's hands to select the final renderings of the reception room, linens, and the flowers knowing I wanted timeless and classic with romantic details. Already knowing it would be beautiful having seen Zina's work at my two sisters weddings, Zina's final work was beyond my expectations. “I ordered birthday flowers over the phone from this florist in Livonia as my Aunt lives in the area. While they are really pretty I don’t think they represent $100 worth of flowers. It is purely my opinion, I have ordered a huge amount of flowers for delivery over the years, and I have seen many pictures that were sent to me from the people that receive them and I just don’t think it matches the amount. That’s why I gave one less star. They were very friendly and very efficient, delivered them in the time I wanted. Maybe I’m wrong but I would have expected more roses or pricier flowers in the arrangement that’s all.”

“During the Holidays it is so busy. And many businesses close early for Christmas and after. I wanted to send a birthday bouquet to a relative after Christmas. I tried several flower shops that did not answer. I even tried the 1- 800 online florist and could not place an order. I Googled florist in Southfield, MI area, and i got recordings or a no answer. One flower shop answered but just played Christmas music. Then I called Thrifty florist, and I was immediately greeted very warmly by Erica. She was very kind and helpful. Although it was rainy and sleeting there, with a stormy forecast, the flowers were delivered the same day. (December 26). And they are beautiful. (The Pictures attached show what was delivered and the advertisement of what I ordered.) They did a great job! They are friendly and thoughtful, and they have good service. And I recommend them.
