He had our products returned to his store so we could pick up our items where we had dropped them off. He worked with me to make sure that what we needed was what we actually got. “Love dropping off packages here! Quick and easy to drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all at one store. Online returns with labels are also accepted, which saves a lot of time and hassle. Plenty of parking and the store is clean. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They also sell boxes, packaging supplies and stamps.”

“I really needed to get a fax response to the IRS for the nonprofit I am associated with. Joe was very helpful and able to get the long fax through, solving my problem. I had tried at another UPS Store near my home, but the fax machine there did not seem to be fast enough to get the job through. I went to a FedEx store and an Office Depot near me and both were much more expensive, plus I had to figure out how their machines worked and try (unsuccessfully) to do it myself. Best result and service at this business!”

“Not only did they print my label for free, but they offered to take my mail and send it out with theirs for USPS. They went above and beyond any service at the post office had came close to the gentleman working in the morning shift of October 6 were excellent!”

“Quick and polite service. I really appreciate they were open until 4pm on a Sunday. They were pretty busy with Amazon returns, but the line moved well. One of the employees was a trooper trying to help a customer roll up a mattress to fit in a box. Watching that was 5 stars by itself. Would definitely recommend this place and would use again. Parking is between the store and the gas station next to it.”
