He was very patient and I appreciate it because I do not know a lot about cars and need quite a bit of work done. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Came to this pep boys cuz it was close to the scene. Park it for the night and the next morning Travis and his team got me back on the road quickly. And did not charge me to put on my spare. (My lugs were striped and we could not get them off) I will be back for more repairs.... They truly care up there!!! Thank you a million times!!!”
