“Pretty solid place if you need to get any work done on your tires.
Exceptional customer service, every time I have visited the place. Great prices and relatively fast work. Brought in one of my cars once for a leaky tire, and they repaired it free. Recently had to have 2 tires replaced because the tread was too worn out. Dropped it off without an appointment and they had it done in only couple of hours. Times may vary, because they can get really busy. Orchard and Maple place is a busy intersection.
The only con to this place in my opinion, is that the parking is a bit tight. Sometimes it can get really hard to find a spot.
Otherwise, very satisfied with their work. 10/10 will have my business again.”

“The gentlemen who answered my call was great. I called the shop to ask some questions about repairs needed and maintenance recommendations. The gentlemen on the phone (Jason or James?) was extremely helpful, while other shops I called were clearly bothered by all my questions. He answered every one of my questions in detail. He was very patient and I appreciate it because I do not know a lot about cars and need quite a bit of work done. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely set up an appointment with them for future repairs because of it.”

“Brought in my 2015 Genesis Coupe to have some work done. Thought that I needed to replace the tie rods. Turns out the noise I was hearing was a bad sway link that needed to be replaced, and jam nuts needed to be tightened on my adjustable suspension. They know what they're doing and love cars as much as I do. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are awesome with what they do!”

“Stopped by to have the nail in my tire looked at and patched. They said it would be an hour. They were right on schedule and found out that it wasn’t a nail. It was a screw and it didn’t puncture the tire. They taught me about air pressure, which I did not know and sent me on my way. Very friendly very knowledgeable and very patient. I am looking for a neighborhood auto shop and I was grateful to meet them!”

No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. “All of the guys are personable, honest, and know their jobs. They are my go to for the car I love. They are top notch. They know you by name and the service you need is explained by exhausted parts that they show you needs to be replaced. The waiting room is fully stocked for free, drinks, snacks and they have gorgeous flowers out front. Best in Waterford. You can be in and out for a complete oil change. They are well above the Dixie Strip. Stop at Gerry's first, get your quote. I am sure you will get the best price and honest work which is hard to find these days. Thanks guys.
