Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center is one of the nation’s largest independent tire retailers. Customers say the store is clean and well kept. The manager is nice and attentive, answering any questions. A mechanic did a great job and checked a check engine light. A staff member listened to concerns, diagnosed problems, explained what was needed and answered all questions. Service is described as excellent, professional, quick and friendly. Customers appreciate a coupon for a discounted oil change and the first oil change they did not do themselves. The center is close to home, and people plan to bring other cars. Customers feel treated like family and will return soon.
They are very honest and go above and beyond to accommodate any needs or schedule restrictions. The staff and service technicians are absolutely wonderful. I would definitely use them again for any automotive needs.
