“The gentlemen who answered my call was great. I called the shop to ask some questions about repairs needed and maintenance recommendations. The gentlemen on the phone (Jason or James?) was extremely helpful, while other shops I called were clearly bothered by all my questions. He answered every one of my questions in detail. He was very patient and I appreciate it because I do not know a lot about cars and need quite a bit of work done. Very helpful and knowledgeable! “My experience here has always been the same. They always do a thorough check of any of my concerns, and inform me of what's causing the problems I brought the car in for. They give me a complete and we'll explained estimate of what needs to be done to fix the problem, and what the costs will be. They also will make me aware of anything else that they might have found while going over the car that I might want to address, along with those costs as well. We have 3 vehicles, and they are the only place we take our cars Lou is a great guy, and extremely knowledgeable. They always do great work, and give me a cleaner car to get into than when I brought it in. These guys you can trust. You can't say that about a lot of places. I am in my late 60's, and have owned a lot of cars. They're good at what they do, with fair prices. Check them out.”

“Had a great experience buying a 718 S from out of state. Prices from over the phone were honored and I was let in the loop on everything with no surprises.
My buddy and I were picked up from the airport in a new Cayenne which was a nice touch and made the buying experience more special.
They also handled getting plates for my state for me which took about 6 weeks but (to my surprise) showed up without a hitch.”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “I live in NJ and was trying to get a i4 used from a BMW dealership for 2 months w/no luck(fake fees, cars in bad condition, etc) finally decided to try here even though it wld mean I cldnt test drive it. Joe V the sales rep did everything I asked and more to make sure I was confident in what I was getting. Hardest part was them getting the check( it got sent next door lol) Told me the car wld be delivered next day by 6pm, arrived at 1:30! If I need another Beamer I know who to call.”

DJ's- John the owner has been there 16 years. No name changed. Today I was prepared to replace my alternator. He ran the diagnostics and confirmed no issue. I replaced my car battery a week ago, so it made sense to be the alternator. Anyone could have charged me for it and made $$$
John did not. In fact he made no profits from me today. Didn't ask for this google review. Simply operates with integrity and does the right thing. Please go here and support local business, honest work, and a good man.

“Jason Betts and his manager Chris Rankin are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle. On the down side, I've taken all my cars to them for oil changes, but the recently doubled the price of the oil change package. I understand the inflation is a thing - but raising the price by 100% seems drastic”
