“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. “Jason Betts and his manager Chris Rankin are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle. “I first stopped by Arc Spring to see about correcting a rear spring problem on my 1950 Mercury. He gave me a basic cost to fix, but then reduced the price because the job did not take as long as he first estimated. From that experience I asked Chuck if he would do a more complete upgrade on this same car and shortly after he installed a Ridetech air spring suspension on the rear leaf springs. The job went well, the car floats down the street, and he told me ofther other corrections that he made during the course of this repair. It all boils down to good work at a resonable price. “I stopped in for some basic auto needs (car freshener and windshield wiper fluid) and was helped by Tomika. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and went above & beyond to help me with pretty basic needs. She offered to test my battery charge for free and even checked to see if my wiper blades needed replacement (they were good at this time, BUT I appreciate that she did not try to sell me on something I did not need)! Great customer service, and even though this store is a little out of my way, I will be returning here when I need new wipers to see Tomika again!”
