“MPA upgraded my suspension on my 2019 Sierra AT4. They had great communication from start to finish. I paid exactly what they quoted me and on timeline they gave me. I would definitely recommend MPA to my friends and family in the future and can’t wait to take them my next project”

“I had a unique and unfortunate set of circumstances which required AutoMark to repair my vehicle across two separate claims and insurance companies. While the repair time was longer than I’d hoped, working with Jake and the entire AutoMark collision team was great! Jake was a phenomenal communicator ensuring I was abreast of the repair process and each completed milestone. AutoMark repaired the shoddy work of another shop in Royal Oak and showed me what quality workmanship and stellar customer service should look like. While needing vehicle repair is never something I look forward to, I now know not to look anywhere other than AutoMark Farmington Hills should I find myself needing collision repair services again.”

“I own a 2009 Hummer H3. The original factory mounted light bar started to fail. I took it to Cadillac of Novi (purchase location as this used to be HUMMER of Novi). They were NOT interested in taking on the job because it involved removing the headliner to access the bolts. Stopped at 2 more garages…they laughed at me ☹. As I was pulling away from the third, someone shouted “try Farmington Hills Collision.” So I headed there next. Scott (this is for the female customers - RICHARD GERE’S twin brother), came out to take a peak at my treasured BEAST (she only has 70,000 miles at 17 years old). To this day, I’m not sure if Scott was overly excited to take on this mountainous task, but spotted my golden retriever Archie in the back and immediately said “yes” to the job. This man literally went above AND beyond to get the light bar reattached to the roof of my Hummer which was no easy fix!!! Scott ended up locating a light bar out of state on a totaled Hummer and even went out of his way to pick it up for my baby!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough about this garage and how I was treated!!! I RECEIVED THE MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! IT IS TOP NOTCH!!! SCOTT IS AMAZING!!! DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!! I’M NOW A LIFETIME CUSTOMER ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ P.S. Hope u guys enjoyed your pizza 🍕 party compliments of Archie!!!”

“I recently leased a car at the Farmington Hills location with Alonzo, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find me the perfect car. He was extremely helpful, patient, and made the entire leasing process so easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. I’m so happy with my new car and really appreciate all of Alonzo’s help! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a BMW!”

“I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks). It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. I was in and out of the shop in minutes without an appointment.Service: Painting”

“Made my 2016 traverse look like new. Rear quarter panel and rear bumper were damaged. All replaced including a small bump on the side, which went away. Some white paint on front bumper was also removed. Everything was on time as promised. It’s a white traverse and it really looks like new again. My 46 year old son who is pretty particular said it was a great job!!! Price very reasonable, many thanks to Body Curve!! Jim”

“Jason Betts and his manager Chris Rankin are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle. These two gentlemen are the definition of great customer service. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. God bless you.”

“No one wants to go to a collision shop. But if you have to, bring your car to this one! Everyone at this Gerber location was professional, friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They had my car looking brand new again within a couple of weeks, and completed the job a week sooner than what they had promised. Eric did a great job keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. Highly recommend this shop.”

“I brought my classic truck in to have some work done, and Chuck absolutely knocked it out of the park! He fixed the exhaust and got my ratchet shifter working perfectly. The shifter was actually missing a spring and a gear, and instead of giving up or making me hunt down rare parts, Chuck custom-made both of them himself. That is next-level talent and craftsmanship. On top of that, he noticed my transmission fluid was low and topped it off just because he saw it needed to be done. Mechanics like Chuck are a rare breed these days—guys who are incredibly detail-oriented, go over the entire vehicle, and just do what makes sense to get the job done right. I couldn't be happier with the service. If you have a classic vehicle and want someone who truly cares about their craft, go see Chuck”

“Top notch service, John & Mary are simply put the best! I’ve been in the repair industry for over 30 years, and during that time I’ve worked with many different companies. John and Mary at Mighty Auto Parts located in Farmington Hills truly stand out as one of the best. “Outstanding service from start to finish. The team at this dealership made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Mariah and Mike never rushed me, answered every question clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The finance department was just as impressive—efficient, honest, and respectful of my time. I left with a great car at a fair price, and I felt valued every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress‑free, customer‑focused experience.”

“I stopped in for some basic auto needs (car freshener and windshield wiper fluid) and was helped by Tomika. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and went above & beyond to help me with pretty basic needs. She offered to test my battery charge for free and even checked to see if my wiper blades needed replacement (they were good at this time, BUT I appreciate that she did not try to sell me on something I did not need)! Great customer service, and even though this store is a little out of my way, I will be returning here when I need new wipers to see Tomika again!”

“We had a great experience working with Tom Sisk, Sales Consultant, at Cadillac of Novi. Tom recently helped my wife and me with the purchase of our 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ, and he made the entire process enjoyable and easy from start to finish. He gave us the opportunity to demo the vehicle, walked us through the features, and helped make sure we were comfortable with the setup and overall experience. He was professional, patient, and made us feel like part of the Cadillac family. The Business Manager, Jeremy Wright, was also very pleasant to work with, which made the full experience even better. A big thank-you to Tom for making this such a positive and enjoyable purchase. We look forward to years of future business with Cadillac of Novi.”

“I am giving five stars because I know how it feels like to give a one star and ruin a local business reputation, but hopefully you'll take my complaint seriously and fix the issue. Your parts sales people should be more patient and should stop blowing air into the phone when talking to people showing that they're annoyed. I will not mention his name but if he reads this comment he will know himself and will probably know who I am.”
