Had a vaccine appt. Scheduled for my kids, but when we got there we ended up waiting over an hour past the appt. Time. Additionally, we were not given the shots that we scheduled or were eligible for on their website. Not great, likely won't be back.

Walgreen's pharmacy counter customer service was friendly and effective. There was a young man walking around the store doing nothing except keying into his cell phone. Arriving and departing at about 6:50 p.m. I looked him in the eyes twice and smiled, he never spoke. So much for customer service.
