“I stopped by Auto One Glass today, August 25, 2026, because I was concerned about what appeared to be scratches on the driver’s-side window of my brand-new vehicle. One of the employees took the time to come outside and inspect the window for me and determined that there was no actual damage.
Even though I didn’t need any work done, I really appreciated the time he took to look at it and, most importantly, his honesty. He didn’t try to sell me a service or repair that I didn’t need.

“I took my Kia Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation. While inspecting my vehicle, the technician noted that both my engine and cabin air filters were quite clogged. Scott called to let me know that they recommended replacing both filters. They completed that along with the oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. All work was completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. They sent me photos of the old filters. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.”
“Need a single window pane replace close to the roof of one floor dwelling. Called Henderson Glass, after disappointing or no results other agencies. An appointment was made & honored for an estimate. The installer arrived at the appointed schedule, replaced the window pane, and cleaned up the debris. Starting with the initial call to the installer every Herderson person with whom I interfaces was professional cuteous, and affable. Definitely recommend Henderson to everyone for their home window needs. Definitely a ten star rating on a five star scale.”
“Great service. Had an 11 AM appointment and the front windshield was in place a little after noon. State Farm processed my claim which Safelite was able to find and link to my work order. We were on vacation in Michigan from Maryland when a stone cracked the windshield , which we needed repaired before driving back to Maryland and the Canton, MI location was the closest location with an opening on the day we were leaving.”
“Had glass doctor come out and give us a quote for two cracked windows from Pella. We originally called Pella to come out and fix the windows But they wanted a service charge to even just come look out glass doctor came out and gave us a free quote and a very good price. “I own a 2009 Hummer H3. The original factory mounted light bar started to fail. I took it to Cadillac of Novi (purchase location as this used to be HUMMER of Novi). They were NOT interested in taking on the job because it involved removing the headliner to access the bolts. Stopped at 2 more garages…they laughed at me ☹. As I was pulling away from the third, someone shouted “try Farmington Hills Collision.” So I headed there next. Scott (this is for the female customers - RICHARD GERE’S twin brother), came out to take a peak at my treasured BEAST (she only has 70,000 miles at 17 years old). To this day, I’m not sure if Scott was overly excited to take on this mountainous task, but spotted my golden retriever Archie in the back and immediately said “yes” to the job. This man literally went above AND beyond to get the light bar reattached to the roof of my Hummer which was no easy fix!!! Scott ended up locating a light bar out of state on a totaled Hummer and even went out of his way to pick it up for my baby!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough about this garage and how I was treated!!! I RECEIVED THE MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! IT IS TOP NOTCH!!! SCOTT IS AMAZING!!! DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!! I’M NOW A LIFETIME CUSTOMER ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

“Recently had my Jeep Patriot in this shop for repairs. I had been t-boned by an Escalade that ran right through a red light and smashed my drivers side pretty severely. They warned me that it might be a total loss but fortunately they made the estimate low enough to be covered by insurance.Art is “the man”, he helped me from the first day and through the entire process until I got it back.I don’t know how other body shops are, but I don’t plan on finding out. “Have recently moved to the Farmington area and received services from this belle tire locations 2 times in the past few weeks (for completely unrelated reasons) and both times were met with professional service and quick turnaround, I fully intend to be a regular customer at this location for the services they have provided me with recently, notably, both of my experiences here have been midday on Saturday (and for my repairs/service I have had to wait in the waiting room since I have no one in town to bring me to or from the store), and my wait times have not surpassed 2 hours. I am rather pleased overall. For the quick service, it is not necessarily the cheapest necessarily, but it is rather quick which is a must since I only own one vehicle”
