“I own a 2009 Hummer H3. The original factory mounted light bar started to fail. I took it to Cadillac of Novi (purchase location as this used to be HUMMER of Novi). They were NOT interested in taking on the job because it involved removing the headliner to access the bolts. Stopped at 2 more garages…they laughed at me ☹. As I was pulling away from the third, someone shouted “try Farmington Hills Collision.” So I headed there next. Scott (this is for the female customers - RICHARD GERE’S twin brother), came out to take a peak at my treasured BEAST (she only has 70,000 miles at 17 years old). To this day, I’m not sure if Scott was overly excited to take on this mountainous task, but spotted my golden retriever Archie in the back and immediately said “yes” to the job. This man literally went above AND beyond to get the light bar reattached to the roof of my Hummer which was no easy fix!!! Scott ended up locating a light bar out of state on a totaled Hummer and even went out of his way to pick it up for my baby!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough about this garage and how I was treated!!! I RECEIVED THE MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! IT IS TOP NOTCH!!! SCOTT IS AMAZING!!! DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!! I’M NOW A LIFETIME CUSTOMER ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
