“This Dollar general location always has what I'm looking for and that's why I will continue to keep coming to this location. Thank you guys very much for good service.”
“This is definitely one of the top dollar stores nearby. They offer an impressive variety of balloons for any event, plus a fantastic selection of kitchen and household goods. The store is always tidy, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is super friendly. I’m a regular customer and I’ve never been let down!”
“I absolutely love Dollar Village! It’s a wonderful family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. They carry just about everything you need at very fair and affordable prices. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. It’s such a great place to shop, and I’m happy to support a local business like this. Highly recommend!”
“Flowers are increasing from $1.25 to $1.75 starting Monday, June 23, 2025 and by the end of the year, everything will increase. So I bought flowers to make a bouquet and perused the store to see what else I want to purchase in the near future. I like the selections at this store and the ladies that work there are typically friendly and helpful.”
“This is now my first stop on grocery shopping day. Almost everything is $1.25 and they have name brands. Great for items like body soap, aspirin, allergy, pain meds, reading glasses, wrapping paper & gift cards, Mylar balloons, cleaning supplies, glassware, crafts and school Projects/office supplies, aluminum warming pans. Their friendly staff goes out of their way to help each customer. Now I only have to go to the grocery store to purchase items that Dollar Tree did not have! Excellent value!”
“The little dollar store that could! Very well stocked, well maintained, politely staffed, and I saw some stuff that I haven't found anywhere else.

“This location is open when hours are posted. The one on Joy road needs to be closed. I've been there three times and only once it was open. Needs to get a/c fixed? C'mon.”
“The staff is polite, the store is always clean and organized. They have the non dollar items in their own section which helps alot. It's not usually crowded when I go.”
“Great store with lots of different items. But hard to walk thru aisles due to clutter. Plus very disorganized and hard to find items. Cashier was not friendly at all when someone says hello say it back.”
“Dani saved my dog from drowning, almost got ran over doing so, and still had the strength to cash me out. Highly recommended. 11/10 store.
Go there.”
“I HAVE AN UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM!!!! Dishonest merchant. I was basically double charged for items which normally purchase from this place. Typically I’ll spend $25 but never $45! I came home to add everything up myself which everything estimated to be $31…… this is why don’t rush but today I was too much in a hurry to question the older guy and also he already gain customer trust from previous experiences!!!! The most expensive items was the Tissue $6, Axe $3.50 Fabuloso $4 , Olive moisturizer $6 and miscellaneous products $1.50 7x…..smh………. UPDATE EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED AFTER SPEAKING WITH A MANAGER AND/OR CASHIER….. I MUST SAY THAT PRIOR TO THE OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. TODAY I WAS CREDITED ON MY PURCHASE $31 SO EVERYTHING WHICH TOTALED UP TO $23 because I paid with card!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR LOCAL SHOPPERS!!!”

“I has an awesome shopping experience at the 21887 location in Southfield MI. The cashier Lisa is a perfect example of good customer service. She was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She is the reason I will shop there again.”
“I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service I received from Ashely and Keisha. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, patience, and exceptional communication skills so well. Their dedication to providing a great customer experience did not go unnoticed.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. Thank you for making the experience so easy and enjoyable”
“This is a review for the Dollar Tree on Warren road in Westland. They have a poor attitude and they don't like to help people with disabilities. Out of all the Dollar trees I've ever went to this has to be the worst. They didn't have a basket without a bar for people with disabilities to take to their car. Their manager has a bad back which I understand but they had nobody to help me carry my stuff so customers help me. They no longer have a public restroom not even a key for the restroom they say it blame it on the other customers. They could at least have a key for people who are shopping and buying their product. Their attitude is horrible and their store stinks. I will take my business to other Dollar trees the one by me is absolutely awesome and they are very friendly. The Dollar Tree on Joy road and main Street has to be one of the best Dollar trees I ever went to with very positive attitude. I will give them five stars. These stores need to be mindful of everybody not just themselves.so to add to this review I gave them a second chancethey treated me very welland the cashier was very pleasantI'm changing my Google review. There are a few good people in this world. I was impressed with the service I had yesterday.”
“We like this location. It's well set-up, organized, kept clean, and the staff members are always friendly, helpful, and smiling when they take care of their customers.”

“The old skool dollar store I've been looking for! Awesome selection of everything & anything! Great prices! The lady behind the counter was beyond wonderful & super friendly! I will definitely be a repeat customer!”
“Demetrius and Jasmine were Absolutely wonderful, haven't received 100% customer service in a long time, was in a hurry and they were still GREAT!!! I Pray the Lord's Blessings upon Them!!!????❤️??”
“This Dollar Tree was amazing fully stocked, neat, clean an she was so nice the woman that worked there I would travel all the way back just to gonto this on 9 mile in the plaza with the movie theater next to 5 below!! Yes!!!”
“Best customer service. Went in and Stephanie was pleasant, the whole family. The store was clean, the shelves were not bare, and it was organized. I'm so glad that family dollar was open until 10 pm. We found everything we were looking for. No long lines, in and out.”
“Went in looking for some shoe strings for my niece's shoes and found exactly what I wanted thank you to the awesome cashier she was just a ray of sunshine and very pleasant to all the customers”
“I ASKED THE CASHIER ABOUT A CERTAIN ITEM THAT I DIDN'T SEE ON THE SHELF. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK IN THE BACK, AND FOUND THE ITEM FOR ME. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY POLITE. DEFINITELY WILL BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.👍🏻”
“This store was OK. There was some kind of glitch between the online indication of stock available vs the store's inventory relative to the style planter I drove over an hour to get. Not the staff's fault. The store was clean and appropriately organized for being such a busy store. Check-out was speedy and efficient, with cashiers who were professional.”
“I bought a Baby Balloon from Amazon for a baby shower I was attending to and I needed it filled with helium so I called to see if I could get that done for an extra fee and I think her name is Tracy she filled it for me at no charge and gave me great coustmer service and made me feel so happy I was verry appreciative of her I will be returning to this dollar store”
“Great Customer Service from the cashier working around 3 or 4pm on Tuesday 9/16.
Thank you so much, please keep being your kind and friendly self ❤️?”
“Nice, quiet, well organized store with security cameras. Only thing is they're still a fairly new store so they haven't stocked a variety of things yet but it's like a regular dollar store(Dollar Tree, Dollar General). It contains cleaning products, food, birthday supplies and hair accessories.”
“Visited this Dollar Tree tonight. Looks like they could use some staffing help. The person who checked me out was very kind, fun, and even wished me to feel better after noticing I was struggling to talk with laryngitis. While I was waiting in line I was impressed that she greeted everyone who came in the store. Great visit!!”
“The entertainment stand I bought was smaller than I expected, I also bought the 3tier shelf and it was bigger than the TV stand. They are not made of quality product but they with stand my expectations when I first put them together. So I give them both a rating of 3&1/2 stars”

“Crystal was so sweet and welcoming at the register, she even helped me pay the difference because I was short on cash. She deserves a raise or promotion. I’ll be coming back to this location just for her!”
