They don't try to sell you anything they supply everything a cell phone owner would need at extremely discounted prices. This door has 2 of the most friendly men I've ever met and they were so helpful in teaching me a few things I didn't know I highly suggest the store I know I'll be sending every one I know. Nash?is?the?goat?. He was so nice and helpful. Helped me figure out how to download my info and safely transfer it over to a new phone. Also helped me break into my old pos phone (already broken) to get the Sim card for my new services out and into a new phone he helped me pick out. He even assisted in getting my old phone working enough so that I could access the apps if needed. Great deal on the phone. Did I mention that I use a different service and he still helped me ?!? I'll be back in 3 months when this service plan I have is done just because Nash was so cool about my dumbass mistake and helpful. I worked with the manager and two employees to try to get my phone number moved to AT&T. I was treated with respect and kindness. “After an earlier Fiasco at the store on Southfield Rd near 696, I was determined not to return there and called the store on Telegraph and 12. i spoke to Charles who assured me they had the iphone and accessories I wanted. When I arrived, he was ready to take care of business! He was knowledgeable about the phone, could answer all questions, did not try to over charge me, and introduced me to Direct TV which has now made me switch from COMCAST! He took care of reloading the new phone, iphone MAC PRO with ease, put the clear screen and new case on, and walked thru some things about Direct TV and he took care of each transaction with ease! Super Job! Charles and this AT&T STORE has a forever customer! 10 stars!! Thankyou Charles!”

Okay so first it was my first time in the store location and I was waiting patiently while the t mobile team member was helping out someone in front of me. She took her time with this lady just like she took her time with me. I’m not good with electronics and Brooke was so kind and patient and helping her other team member with his customers while she was helping me and didn’t miss a beat! Her personality is awesome and you can tell she doesn’t mind helping people and very knowledgeable. Yes give her a raise!!!!”
