“The manager Cameron was absolutely awesome. My phone was auto rebooting in a loop because it was so old. I was freaking out because ALL my work is in my phone. Work pictures, locations, scanners, everything. I was worried I wouldn't get my work photos back. He stayed late and worked really hard to retrieve all my data. I was floored that he even got photos back from a previous phone, that I thought were lost forever. Many were of loved ones who had passed away. I was absolutely floored. It was hard to hold back the tears as I saw pictures I thought I had lost forever come flooding back. It was no easy task. He stayed about an hour past close to help me. I'm am so grateful for the extra effort Cameron put in for me. 100% recommend!”

Nasser and his years of experience made it look easy. And even with requesting expedited service, the cost was totally competitive and fair. I'll admit that I don't know the average rates of PC repair, but that was an outstanding price for resurrecting my PC.
