“Extremely impressed with Joe. I called to get a tow and Joe asked me a few important questions about what vehicle I needed towed. He was extremely professional and gave me a great price. I honestly thought it would be double what he told me. Then asked when I needed it done, to which I replied ASAP. He asked if 15-20 minutes was too soon. I was shocked he could get a truck over to me that quickly.
Once he arrived, he took over and got my car on the flatbed and off we went to the spot I needed it towed to.
I can't say enough how impressed I am with how Joe took care of my car, my time and my wallet. I would most definitely tell anyone and everyone that if ya need a tow, give Joe at Tow Broz a call and let him wow you with exceptional service along with an outstanding price. If I ever have an issue again, I know for a fact that Joe will be there to help me out.

“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. Gary totally explains to you what he is doing and will let you know if something isn’t necessary to fix. We had a tail light go out on the car and Ford wanted $500 for the original part. Gary gave us a choice to get an aftermarket part that fit just fine for way less money. if you want someone that you can trust with your car, who is fair and honest choose Darby Auto Repair.”

“Early Saturday morning we were on our way to Grand Rapids for my son’s hockey tournament and my wife’s transmission failed on 275. We called 3 places and they were all 2 hours out and wanted several hundred dollars for a tow back home and we were in a rough spot. Sparks towing was the 4th place I called, he was currently on another tow helping someone else, but heard my situation and said let me see what I can do I’ll call ya right back. He called back in 5 minutes, sent someone right out and we were back home in less than a half hour and on our way to GR in no time and charged less then the others. Because of them we saved money and made it to the game on time. I am grateful for them and they have a customer for life.”

“I had a cargo trailer pop off the ball on a crack in the road on M14 in the construction zone. (imagine there is a bad road in Michigan) I waited for 2 1/2 hours for Bad Sam roadside assistance, and gave up as they 'tried to find someone'. I called Mayflower Towing, they were there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Rick is super smart and helpful and made sure everything was 100% correct, even to the point of follwing me to the next exit to make certain. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are good folks, and do a good job at a very reasonable rate.”

“I can’t recommend Lieblich Garage in Farmington enough! Jason was highly recommended by Tim from The Body Curve and did not disappoint. Usually, my husband handles all the mechanics for our vehicles, but there just wasn’t time with his work travel. When my check engine light came on, I took it to AutoZone, and they suggested it might be a sensor. My husband told me to take it somewhere to get a proper diagnosis, so I decided to try Lieblich Garage—and I’m so glad I did.
When I walked in, I noticed how clean the shop was—far from the typical auto shop environment. It didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, which was a big plus. Jason was incredibly polite and took the time to listen as I explained the issue. Throughout the process, he kept me updated with phone calls and was completely transparent about the pricing for the diagnosis and potential repairs.
They kept my car overnight to perform a “cold start” and ensure the issue was resolved. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also provided a complete printout with detailed notes from the mechanic about what was found and the corrections made. My husband, who’s not easily impressed when it comes to auto work, was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail and care put into the report.
